It's no dream. This place is a nightmare from hell
This establishment is no dream. It is a nightmare from hell. The check in was horrible. There was neither a lobby nor staff to check you in upon arrival. I waited for hours and no one showed up. I had to call several numbers to reach someone, waited some more before I was let inside the building, climb a few stair steps to get into their tiny elevators. I had to pay the guy who checked me in 3.5 euros for each night that I stayed their although my reservation was fully paid. When inquired about late check in, they said there is a 30 euro fee if I check in after 11pm. Breakfast included a past due yogurt that has mold in it. Do yourself a favor. Do not ever set foot on this establishment. You work too hard to earn your visit, do not stay here and allow such poorly run, shady establishment ruin your experience in Rome

Like Airbnb but not as good
I was under the impression that this was a hotel style serviced apartment, what we had was a less than impressive Airbnb experience. In fact we moved out of this apartment and moved into an Airbnb appartment and the experience was far more professional and much closer to a hotel standard of presentation. I could go on but I can't be bothered.

Great location to see Rome
Perfect location to get out of central Rome yet be close enough to see all the attractions easily. Two tram lines had a stop a hundred feet away, there is a train that comes to Trastevere from the airport, a bus stop is a few blocks away, and a taxis stand is a few minute walk away. Most attractions are within a ten minute ride or a twenty minute walk of this liocation. Plus, there is quite a bit to do in Trastevere itself! The room was clean and comfortable and the apartment manager was interested to help us with questions to make our stay in Rome great.

Conveniently situated apartment.
We enjoyed our first visit to Rome mainly due to the apartment's proximity to Rome's centre and main tourist sights. We walked from here to all the places we visited. The bustling area of Trastevere is the closest and great for eating places. The main drawback was the road noise, particularly the tram vibrations, but these stopped running at about 11.30pm.

Ok. For short stay.
Flat was large. Even too large.Kitchen nice renovated. There was even laundry machine But the noise from the street makes it impossible to enjoy sleeping in the morning (large street and a tram!). You could feel the tram passing by.

just OK
Room plus bathroom good, ground floor room so plenty of noise from traffic and trams. When booking in, no maps or attempt to give that added value

Comfortable little hotel in great location
This handy little hotel is in a great location, very close to many of the great sights of Rome. Don't book expecting five star quality, but for the price and location, and general friendliness of staff, it was fantastic! And the breakfast in bed every morning was an added bonus!

Not advisable
This was not like a hotel more like an apartment. They meet you to give you a key but there is no reception. I had also someone banding on the door from 2am to around 3am so I didn't get much sleep. They also have nowhere to leave your bags when you check out

Plusses and minuses
It's hard to beat Trastevere for a good place to stay to be close to interesting attractions and lots of good food, so this place was great for that. The main drawback is that it is right on a very busy street with constant traffic, including a heavy tram that makes the building rumble. So, if you plan on sleeping, bring earplugs. Breakfast served in the room is just average, or a little below. A croissant, coffee, and packaged toast. They could do better. Also, because we left at 8 on our last day, we got no breakfast, which they couldn't be bothered to turn up a little early to serve.

Out of the tourist area
This is a small hotel in an out-of-the way neighborhood of Rome. You can walk to the Colusseum. It is a few blocks from the Trastevere cafe district, which is a plus. Operators are friendly and warm, though English is not their strong suite. We had a few laughs together trying to communicate. Neighborhood has too much grafetti, which is a blight on much of Rome. There is a lift if you need it.

Good little gay friendly b&b
This place was great for what we needed, relatively close to colleseum (30 min walk) trams right outside building and Trastrvedere has a good alternative scene and a bit of bar culture for people who want some nightlife :) The bathroom had a bit of mould in places, but was clean, that's my only criticism :)

Excellent everything! Great neighborhood with wonderful food. No train access but everything is walkable. Take a bus or can here; don't walk from the Santa Maria station. It's a 3 mile hike! Other than that, the place is a gem:)

Great Option
Excellent location, close to Trastevere touristic area, and also in front of public transportation and walking distance (1.2 KM) from Roma - Trastevere Train Station. Great room, friendly staff (a tiny shower, but seems this is the standard over there)...at a reasonable price! We would stay there again

Great B&B in great Location
Spent 3 nights here in April. Hotel was in perfect location, all bars, restaurants and major sights in walking distance and was very quiet at nights so had a good night sleep. Room itself was immaculate, beds were really comfy and had everything you need apart from a mirror in the room itself. Staff were also very friendly and happy to help, they would bring breakfast to your room in the morning before 10am and would include hot drink, croissant, yoghurt and French toast. All in all a perfect place to stay for your visit to Rome, would use again if going to Rome

Excellent base, spotless with great shower
I was really pleased with my choice of b+b in Rome, the room was spotless and really nicely decorated. The large window was lovely; we had a good view of the neighbourhood and could open the window wide to allow some fresh air in at night. The shower was very powerful with 2 showerheads, one fixed and one adjustable. Excellent. Slightly annoying was the lack of storage space and full length mirror. My main concern was the traffic noise, after a sleepless first night I bought earplugs as there is a lot of noise from the street. My partner was unaffected by the noise as he is a heavy sleeper. Again though, the noise not put me off returning here as it was easily resolved with the earplugs. The room was spotlessly clean; lacking a kettle and a safe but this wasn’t a big deal. It was comfortable and cosy and was well situated for where we were visiting. I loved Rome and cannot wait to revisit, I would definitely stay here again, Maria was friendly although she didn’t speak any English but her cleaner was lovely, she couldn’t have been more helpful, nothing was too much and she made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast was nice, the tea was good but I didn’t think it was as substantial as others, biscuits, yoghurt and a croissant. I really liked this b+b and would recommend highly. The minor irritations were not an issue and certainly didn’t affect our stay. Stay here if you want a clean, nicely decorated base to explore this wonderful city.
