Brand new loft! newly renovated in post-industrial style with ceilings over 4 meters high, it is located in the lively Trastevere district. Located on the ground floor, the apartment is equipped with all comforts, such as wi-fi, air conditioning, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area, on a mezzanine level, has a comfortable double bed. The apartment will be the ideal place to spend your "Roman holidays"!

We will welcome our guests upon arrival to show the apartment, deliver the keys and provide useful advice and information.

We offer transfers from / to the airport (Fiumicino / Ciampino) on request. The service is by reservation and includes additional costs.

IMPORTANT: Tourist accommodation tax (compulsory): 3.50 euros per person per night up to a maximum of ten days. Children under 10 years are exempt. It will be collected at your arrival. IMPORTANT: Extra to be paid on site upon check in: - EURO 3.50 per person per day: Tourist tax Municipality of Rome (for a maximum of 10 consecutive days). Ohhh the bed
This has to be the most comfortable bed in any Vrbo I have ever stayed in. We had to set alarms to make sure we didn’t sleep in too late. Good location, great communication, definitely recommend it

Perfect for us
Rome acc. Check in was flawless and directed through WhatsApp with pictures to help. The accommodation is on the ground level although access is within a secure courtyard. It seemed to us very safe although we’re do not worry much about hose things. Even though we never saw our host face to face, he was available by WhatsApp at any time and wiling to provide advice regarding sights and travel. the apartment is perfectly situated and for this reason alone I would recommend staying here. WE stayed 12 days and did not regret a day of it in terms traveling out to see sights. the apartment is comfortable with a kitchen which is equipped to allow regular cooking in. The sleeping area is in a loft that is reached by a stair system that is quite unique. I am older - 74 - and was able to move up and down to the loft easily. the accommodation checked all the boxes in terms of cleanliness. While definitely in the higher end of our nightly budget,I would return here for sure and would recommend the apartment. If location is everything this place has it all.
