Not a normal hotel but rooms in several apartments in different buildings in the same central area. All the rooms are unique and all managed by the same front desk on Via ripetta. I especially found the staff to be very kind and helpful - Mikeala and Melissa at the front desk made extra effort to make sure I was happy with my room and it made a big diffirence Thankyou!

Quality room and friendly staff
We were welcomed by the friendly staff! They were very good in respond to WhatsApp and let us check in earlier. I wasn’t sure if we got the right room and location ( they have a few properties) but after I reflected the issue, they gave us the room as I expected. Everything was easy and comfortable . They can store our luggage while we already checked out. Also, there’s an elevator . Over all, it was a wonderful experience . Will definitely recommend!

I like the authenticity Spanish/Italian look of the building, the location is in the heart of the city. The rooms are very nice, modern, spacious. Hotel is so close to many restaurants, piazzas, metros. Friendly staff and attentive. I recommend this hotel. It’s great for family, too.

My cousin and I stayed here for nine nights, and we really enjoyed our time as the room was spacious and clean. The hotel was able to arrange a shuttle to the airport the night before we returned home. It is close to the shopping area and is conveniently located in the middle of tourist sites and landmarks. When I go back to Rome, I will be staying here again.

It was great, however they shouldn’t advertise on Expedia that they have parking. The parking house entry on Piazza Spagna is also closed so you have to walk 25 minutes to the parking…

I actually searched for this as I helped my friend to get a flight and hotel in such a short notice. I am familiar with Rome and they loved the hotel (family of 3) everything is just walking distance and a short metro ride to and from Vatican!

Although the staff at address 66 were very nice and helpful, the building where the suite was located and the suite itself was gross. The lamps were not working and flickered to where I had to unplug it. The room was beyond tiny. The sheets had yellow marks, the wifi did not work what’s so ever. You had to walk 7 minutes with all your luggage to the main reception for them to hold your luggage. The ladies at the main reception location were helpful but while at the suite we needed a blanket for our bed and a to let them know about the WiFi . The gentleman asked if we were in our room we waited an hour and he never showed up. For 130 a night it was like a hostel. Great location and very convenient but not if you want to relax in your hotel room.

Great location for tourist stay
I booked this accommodation thinking that it would be a suite, as in the title, "Spanish Suites", and for its convenient location near my business event. Unfortunately, even the owners were calling it a B&B and that's what it turned out to be. It was just one room with en suite in a converted apartment building, no other facilities available. I don't think this is suitable for a business trip as the promised free wifi didn't work after the first day and the digital television did indeed have 900 channels...all in Italian. This wouldn't be a problem as a tourist, as you use accommodation as a base for exploring. But as a business traveller, some background TV while working in your room is more pleasant. Unfortunately the weather did not help, being cold and wet and there is no temperature control in the room, so on the first day there was no heating. This had been switched on centrally for my second day but did not work in the bathroom. My room was clean and newly decorated, and the owners, who do not stay on site at all, are clearly trying their hardest to make people's stays pleasant. So as a B&B it's good, but expensive, but it is not a suite and not so suitable for business travel. The location is, however, excellent for exploring central Rome.

A localização é excelente, mas o serviço deixa muito a desejar. Como não tem recepção no local, ficamos sem saber sobre como usar algumas facilities como o breakfast e o serviço de laundry. Não tem nenhuma informação nos quartos ou no balcão de café que fica no corredor dos quartos. O balcão de café que deveria ser um ponto positivo, quase não tinha sachê de café e talheres suficientes a disposição. No check out, fomos cobrados pelos housekeepers de sairmos às 11 am, sendo que o horário de check out no site do Expedia estava 12 pm. Precisei mostrar a informação para ele sair da porta do quarto. O minibar não funcionava. Meu marido usa uma medicação que precisa ser mantida refrigerada, enviamos mensagem através do Expedia e não tivemos retorno até o momento. Tb não tínhamos como manter refrigerada a água que precisamos comprar, pois no quarto não tinha disponível. Enfim, se vc não se preocupar com a qualidade do serviço, só pela localização vale a pena.

Uns wurde die Unterkunft als Hotel angeboten, was leider nicht der Realität entspricht!Die Farbe blätterte von der Decke ins Bett, im Bad war nicht einmal ein Handtuchhalter, Schimmel blanke Betonwände und ein gerissener Betonfußboden rundete alles ab. Die zahlreichen Flecken an den Wänden nicht zu vergessen! Das WLAN funktionierte auch nicht wirklich. Keine Schränke aber Bretter an den Wänden. Die zentrale Lage ist positiv zu Bewerten aber das ist auch schon alles bei 300€ pro Nacht und Zimmer. Die Bilder die man zu sehen bekommt sind gefaked und entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit!!!!!

Larm konstant!
Der var rent, vi fik hjælp med at checke ind, værelset var fint… men lydtætte vinduer var meget nødvendigt. Vi blev vækket af sindssyg larm kl. 7 om morgenen. Ørepropper og en pude over ansigtet hjalp ikke larmen. Udover det blev der spillet en høj melodi lige udenfor vinduet indtil kl. 20 om aftenen på repeat. Vi blev nødt til at skynde os væk derfra fordi man fik lyst til at rykke håret ud pga. den melodi og musik der blev spillet så højt HELE TIDEN.

Great location and very friendly staff
Second time staying here; steps away from the Spanish Steps, with restaurants and shopping as soon as you step on to the street. Friendly staff; just be prepared to walk a bit…reception desk is about a 4 minute walk to the actual room.

Wonderful staff!
Very helpful staff, they speak English, Spanish and Italian. I’m sure they speak all others. The staff was really wonderful! The rooms are small, and there isn’t water or coffee in them. Overall pleasant stay. I would recommend for a short stay

Na Ja, nicht zuviel erwarten
es ist recht zentral, was sicher sehr gut ist, man kann die shoppings bags schnell zurück bringen und weiter gehen. wir hatten ein maisonette wohnung, also zwei stockwerke, die dusche war nicht sehr gut, sehr klein und nicht so sauber.aber wie gesagt waren direkt an via del corso.
