Living room and kitchen
The spacious living area is furnished with a comfortable gray sofa bed, in front of which there is a flat screen television, a table with four seats, ideal for lunch or dinner, and a vintage sideboard. The day area is well-lit by both the big windows and the elegant chandelier. Adjacent to the living room is the eat-in kitchen, decorated in white shades and fully equipped with modern appliances such as an oven, refrigerator and microwave.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
The long corridor takes you from the living area to the first bedroom, equipped with a comfortable double bed, two bedside tables, a coat hanger and a lovely white wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be combined to a double bed, a coat rack and a spacious white closet. Both bathrooms are provided with all the necessary sanitary facilities and a big shower stall.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
For your arrival, you can choose between a free self-check-in or an assisted check-in with extra fee. Please tell us the type of check-in you prefer. If not communicated, only the Self Check-in will be available. The assisted check-in is available on request with extra fee from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.

We remind you that an internet connection is required to enter the apartment.
You can enter the apartment by yourself from 3.00 p.m.
The standard Check-out time is up to 11.00 am.

2. ASSISTED CHECK-IN: SERVICE WITH FEE
If you prefer to be welcomed by a member of our staff, you can communicate it during your booking. We remind you that we don't have a reception, so we need to know the time of your arrival before 12.00 a.m. of your check-in day. Assisted check-in have an extra cost and it is available only from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.

RULES TO BE OBSERVED

-Compliance with the house rules is compulsory.
-It is forbidden for persons other than those listed in the reservation to stay overnight.
-Credit card required for pre-authorisation of 50€. The full amount will be released to your account within 3 days after check-out.
