Great stay in busy restaurant and shops area. A little noisy in mid evening. Like the convenience for walking to various sites.
Great location - can walk to all the main attractions; flawless, friendly and organized check-in process. Comfortable accommodation. Highly recommend. We enjoyed our stay and would go back in a heartbeat.
We're a family of six that was looking for a simple, clean, and centrally located property from which to walk to many historical sites throughout Rome. This property was perfect for us.
Communication leading up to the stay, check in, and check out were flawless.
Me and 5 of my friends decided to stay here for spring break, and it was absolutely wonderful! We are all 19/20 and thought it was perfect! The location is great and the host was friendly and quick to respond when we needed him!
The location is amazing! Your right in the middle of the best places to see and enjoy! The place was very clean and had everything we needed! Communication was ideal! Thanks for an amazing vacation!
We had an amazing time. The property was very central and walking distance to the main sites of Rome. We ate at some of the local restaurants which were superb. We booked transport through the property which was very easy. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent location close to Piazza Navona. The apartment is functional and the beds comfortable enough. Could have benefited from some new dining room furniture and some more decorations to nake it a little bit more comfortable/homely. If you just need a central place to sleep its perfect.
Great location with bars, restaurants, liquor stores, gelato and pharmacy right outside the door. Not the fanciest place in the world but it was clean, affordable, and had all the amenities we needed
Location was great. Good space for the price. Clean. Expect the front 2 bedrooms to be noisy late into the night and again early morning (garbage pick up). These rooms overlook the street that makes this location great.
This is was the perfect place for easy access to all the tourist spot! Check in was easy! We could walk to everything we wanted to do. It is on a busy strip of Rome so at night it is loud till well after midnight and the garbage comes early. But for a group of friends exploring Rome and loving it up it didn’t bug us.
Perfect place to stay. Within walking distance to the Colosseum and the Vatican. The only thing to be aware of is there is music playing at night until 1am or 2am depending on the day. Make sure you pay attention to how the keys work. Once you understand all is well.

Great location
Apartment was clean and practical. Very well located to visit Rome. Close to everything. Only downside is the noise feom the street. Lightsleepers may not enjoy. Perfect for everyone else.
5 of us just had a very nice stay here. A few notes. When the reviews say that it’s located in a bustling area, they aren’t kidding. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have windows facing the street, and it gets loud in there. Like, crazy loud. But if you can deal with that (and we did), you’ll have an incredible jumping off point for exploring Rome!

Great Location for seeing Rome Antico area
The location was great for seeing the sights, we able to walk to many of the main sites. The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable. As in all central Rome apartments, be prepared for NOISY nights, especially since there are restaurants on the street level and they play live music. The hosting was great - We arranged transportation at the airport, the greeter was great, and the one small issue was resolved right away. Don't miss out on the tartuffo at Tre Scalini!
This was an excellent location in the heart of the fun of Rome. It is close to major bus stops and you can walk to the Vatican in 20 minutes from this location. If you are just a couple you can sleep in the back room and get a good night’s sleep. However if there are more of you who require to sleep in the front rooms, because it is in the heart of all the fun and very busy with restaurants and bars, you will have to listen to a great deal of noise at night. The place was clean and our host was very friendly. Great place if you are young and want to stay up until two in the morning.

This apartment is so centrally based it is perfect for exploring all the hotspots of Rome. Communication between Alessia was always fast and easy. The apartment can be a bit noisy at night due to its central location however this is understandable and ear plugs can be bought from the pharmacy a short walk from the apartment. We would definitely stay again next time we are in Rome!

Beautiful Apartment in a perfect location!
The location was perfect and a short distance to piaza navona nad only 10 mins walk to vatican church. Communication with the owner was simple via text or email and response time was quick. The 3 bedrooms are spacious with nice clean beddings. The property was spotless, clean and well maintained. There's also great places to eat downstairs, convenience supermarket, restaurants bars. I would definitely stay here in the future. Thanks Alessia for organizing the ride from and to the airport. Ciao!

Fantastic location! Great for family
Loved this apartment one block from Piazza Navona! Very clean and comfortable. Location is in the middle of a great area without being RIGHT on the piazza. The front two bedrooms are a bit noisy because of this, but my kids slept through it fine. Also means you’ll have acrobatic demonstrations outside your window and a great restaurants and gelato on your street, so worth it, IMO.
My kids say a TV in every room were the best part, and they enjoyed watching the Cartoon Network.
Apartment is well-located, a block from Navona square, which is great. However, from 9pm to 2 or 3am, it is impossible to sleep in either of the two rooms besides the street, and the back room smells like grease from a restaurant. Does not matter if the windows are closed, it is loud regardless. The curtains are useless and flimsy and do not block the light. Absolutely do not recommend for families or anyone who needs a decent night's sleep. The photos are not really an accurate representation, it is dark and dingy and charmless. The best thing about the place is the location.

Sleepless Nights
I really wanted to like this place but simply couldn’t. The apartment is so old and is located next to restaurants and bars which played LOUD music until 2 AM each day. Each night, I would watch the clock and waited patiently for the restaurants to close to get any peace and quiet. Then when I actually could fall asleep, the trash trucks came at 4 AM, so literally, there were loud noises all night long. We stayed here for 3 nights and could not get a good night sleep at all. I did read the other reviews before booking, but I never thought the noises could be that LOUD. I even tried to sleep on the living room sofa to get away from the bedrooms near the streets, but the walls were paper thin and the sofa was so old and lumpy, I could not get comfortable. The linens on the beds were so basic, just sheets and a thin scratchy blanket. The 4 of us were absolutely miserable for 3 nights straight. The apartment really needs renovation and investments in good bedding and a new sofa to make it comfortable. Even the shower head fell off during a shower. The best thing about this place is that it has both a washer and dryer so we were able to do our laundry. I’m really sorry, but I will have bad memories of our time in Rome because of this accommodation.
