DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE , TOO MANY WRONS, the landlord is rude , the person who I made the reservation charms an extra 90 euros saying it was a city taxes I asked for a receipt that I never got , those taxes were included on my total and when I got there he charge me 3.50 per person for the 5 days the receipt he never give it to me , that place is on a third floor that tje people on top make noise all day and night long I went up to the occupants to complaint and nothing change, the third day it was drilling on the other side of my parents rooms , the rooms are on the side of the main entrance that it never stop the noise , they never change the towels or the bed sheets , I still need my receipt or my money from some body back , don’t know who to call to ask or to make an official complaint about this situation , but do your self a favor DO NOT STAY , pictures are not what it looks like

The room was clean and its very close to the Vatican church. But the left was so tiny and its not enough for two person + suite cases. The door outside of corridor was very difficult to open. My husband and i was struggling to open the door.

I liked the location and the beautiful garden of this property. I was happy with the lady who let me checked in before time. She came fast to meet me and did her best to make me feel happy. I didn’t like that the shower tub was clogged but other than that everything else was fine.

This is a bed and a bathroom space with a door among a group of spaces. If the other units are coming and going you hear all of it. The drains did not drain and the shower leaked through the wall and out the units door.

Not a B&B
Not what I was expecting at all. Essentially it’s an en-suite room in a converted apartment in a shared use building. There is no owner who stays onsite and you have to arrange to meet someone in order to check in. That said, it was a warm and friendly greeting. No communal area or kitchen. Could not connect to the WiFi, despite trying more than once being aware of the case sensitive username/password it would not connect. The breakfast is absolutely pointless. It’s across the road at a small cafe, but consisted of a croissant and a tap water. It’s in a great location. It’s close to the Ottaviano Metro station and about a 10 minute walk to the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel and St Peters Basilica. The rooms are to a good standard, with a small flat screen TV, small refrigerator, bathroom, comfortable bed, air conditioning and daily house keeping but sound proofing between rooms isn’t great and it can be a little noisy between rooms and on the various floors occupied by other people (required ear plugs). Description desperately needs updating to reflect the true nature of this property as its current name of B&B is misleading. It would still appeal to a lot of people in its current form but I don’t believe it is accurate. Given an average rating due to misleading name and it not being what I wanted to book, noise and issues with WiFi

Quirky but not in a bad way.
The B&B is located on the 3rd floor of the building and has a small lift.The building and the rooms were sort of quirky but not in a bad way. It was located in a area with lots of restaurants and shopping and within walking distance to the Vatican. The B&B hostess did not speak English but used a translation ap. The cafe that served our complimentary breakfast was across the street from the B&B. It served the best Americano coffee and chocolate croissants that I have ever had.

Checked in earlier than "possible", owner has several apartments split into rooms like this and arranged check-in within 10 mins. What to say - perfect location for Vatican, subway is aroudn the corner, so as grocerry shop and dosens of decent restaurants strarting from quiet ones to busy, loud, packed with ppl. Superquiet street in a busy area. Breakfast - typical italial - coffee in a local coffee shop with a superb croissant. Would stay again - take classic double room with a view and reasonable layout of the room. Rooms fine, bathroom OK. All in all - we are more than happy!!!

Excellent stay for us
It was a good stay, comfortable bed, plenty of towels, clean room and private bathroom with large windows. TV, mini fridge, etc. Very clean and tidy. A bit difficult to find, but it is doable. Excellent choice for budget travellers. Near Vatican, walkto shopping area, grocery, breakfast place.

Realmente es un hostal, no es hotel y si uno no presta mucha atención te puedes confundir. Te atiende el dueño, el lugar tiene muy buena ubicación pero no tiene los servicios de un hotel. Los dueños muy amables sobre todo la señora. Pero si es complicado el tener que estar tocando puertas de edificios donde viven personas , tener que estar al teléfono para que coordinar la apertura del cuarto. El lugar limpio pero le falta mantenimiento y amplitud.

Solo il check in , anticopato e' stato buono, poi tra una tizia alloggiata alle alle della mia camera, caldaia malfunzionante al mio arrivo, un DITO DI POLVERE nei cassetti ove riporre la mia biancheria, porta della camera in legno scardinata , tanto e che misi l'asciugamano per non far fare i voyeur ad altri poi alle 8,30 di DOMENICA MATTINA, suono pesantemente il citofono una tizia che poi giunta nel beb e attesa da un cantante , si mise a fare baccano ad alta voce, poi alle 14 sempre di domenica la affittacamere porto il solito gruppo di extracomunitari che ridono solo e fanno chiasso, non dico di quale paese tanto li conosciamo tutti NOI ITALIANI insomma quelli di origine spagnola, che usavano il wi fi a sbafo. Con questi ho chiuso.

La suites é spaziosa. Molto pulita e con il bagno in camera. Vi ê una zona comune molto ampia che comprende la cucina ed armadi per cambi. Fronte le finestre della suites si ê controllati a vista da parte dei consulenti del BNL[, bnp paribas], quindi si è al sicuro. Purtroppo a causa della vista su Via Paolo Emilio ê consigliato tenere le serrande chiuse a causa del passaggio di pedoni e delle odiose Mercedes-Smart che campeggiano e cannibalizzano(, anche a gruppi di 5) il parcheggio gratuito fronte la struttura. La struttura ê convenzionata con Expedia,airB&B e Booking ed è la prima volta che ricevono prenotazioni tramite Hotel.com. Le stanze della suites sono state ristrutturate di recente, la SCIA è datata giugno 2019, QR code di "Formai Giulia" in regola. La suites si trova a Via dei Gracchi, estremamente vicina alla Coin Luxury di Via Cola di Rienzo, cap.00192 ed è ottima come collegamenti per visitare la città metropolitana di Roma. Consigliata.

. The hotel is in a well confortable zone. The structure is adeguate to a confortable stay. The building have guard keeping. Room are larger than 10 meters(,2). The bathroom have all, shower, bidet. The price to have a room is low to the zone, i don't know if it is by covid infection. I did stay for a work but i prolongued my stay because actually is impossible to leave the region cause continue change in DPCM. There are bar, restaurants and pharmacy in limitrophes road, a bar opened every single day including christmas, first eve of year called Sciascia1919 that provide everyday service structure also during this LockDown/Quarantine. What i did not like was the fact that some anonymous whistleblower in the night from 31/12/2020*01/01/2021 did a lot of problem to the cleaning service of "Via dei Gracchi*P.zza dell'Unità" because they did find something to the ground so all condominius received letter saying that they are "weird" and other. Someone take bags of plastic with trash and put it on door. Well, it is not exactly connected necessarely but the atmospheres in the 9 days after in the area were a little bit tenser that before. *San Peter's are lovely and really affordable place to stay in paragon to other hotels i did stay. With about € 50PARdays you get all*.

Leider ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Handtücher, Duschvorhang, Bettzeug muss dringend erneuert werden. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 4 Nächten wurden die Laken nicht gewechselt. Kein Frühstück angeboten. Lage ist super zentral das ist das beste daran. Man riecht Rauch im Bad. Wenn man duscht ist es überall nass im Badezimmer. Kontakt mit Inhaber viel über whats app. Freundlich aber unprofessionell. Enttäuscht

Gute Lage und der Kühlschrank war gut. Schlecht war die tropfende Klimaanlage, kein Schrank, Armaturen waren massivst mit Grünspan überzogen. Dusche war nicht ausgefugt und die Ecken in der Dusche waren schwarz. Toilettendeckel war defekt, trotz Beschwerde wurde nichts repariert.

Nada más llegar tuvimos que llamar porque no había nadie esperándonos. Nos hicieron esperar 45 minutos con las mochilas en la puerta. Se supone que el desayuno estaba incluido y nos dicen que no, sin más. Nos devolvieron 10 € en mano de los 14€ que tuvimos que pagar de tasas (por dos personas). Por lo demás bien, las habitaciones limpias y cómodas, ubicado al lado del Vaticano. ¡FALTA ORGANIZACIÓN!

Pobyt 3 dniowy. Lokalizacja bardzo blisko Watykanu, świetnej knajpki z pyszną kawa. Niestety w trakcie pobytu brak dostępu do kuchni, w pokoju nie ma kubków, sztućców, czajnika - niczego. Pokój sprzątany codziennie, ale w łazience stara, brudna zasłonka przy zapchanym prysznicu.

Svarede ikke til det aftalte
Værelserne mv. Svarede ikke til det lovede. Rummene var mindre og nedslidte, der var ikke skrivebord, ikke minibar og ikke ekstra seng. Morgenmad var ikke Continental med en croissant, en lille kop kaffe samt et lille glas juice i en nærliggende bar. Der bør skrives det rigtige på hjemmesiden. Der var ekstra gebyr på 15 euro for ankomst mellem 20 og 22 samt ventetid på at blive lukket ind.
