Machiavelli Rome House is situated In the center of Rome, near the Colosseum! Very bright with a characteristic balcony overlooking Rome!
The apartment is brightest!

The apartment is situated at 4° floor, with elevator. The flat is great 65mq with a beautiful Balcony of 5mq, here there is a table with a chairs where you can enjoy the panorama of the city and get a glimpse of the magnificent Basilica of St. John in Lateran!

There is a parquet in all the flat. Here can leave comfortable 5 persons.
There is a luminous living room with an elegant table with chairs, one double sofa bed and one single sofa bed very comfortable and stylish, a large SMART TV and an efficient A/C; in the bedroom there is a new King size bed, a big closet and a large window.

Also there is a big and fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, ecc.

The bathroom is new, very clean and elegant, with hairdryer, shower and new washing machine.

We had an amazing stay! The location is excellent—right in the heart of everything, but still tucked away enough to feel like a local. The apartment itself is spacious, well-equipped, and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the nearby dining options and a fantastic corner coffee shop that quickly became our go-to spot each morning. The host was wonderful and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a seamless and authentic stay!

The apartment is comfortable, large, light, well appointed and airy. We LOVED the balcony and the proximity to the cafe downstairs and bakery across the road. Daniela was very responsive to any requests. We would stay there again!

Clean and great location!
Property was easy to get to, within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions and public transport. My only complaint is that the cleaning staff came in on checkout day at 9:45AM while we were preparing to leave. Checkout is at 11.

Great Location!!
We enjoyed our stay very much! We anrr early and Daniela was very gracious to let us check in a bit early. The apartment is clean, and looks just like the listing description. It’s close to the Colosseum as described and walking distance to many other places. Our favorite part was sitting on the terrace every night and people watching. Our favorite restaurant nearby was Vecchia Roma.

Enjoyed staying here in May 2024. Had a couple of issues using VRBO app but good communication via email from host. The train details we were sent were from the other airport - slightly confusing initially but soon found a bus. The only complaint is the shower isn’t great but we’d definitely stay here again if in Rome.

Great Roman Holiday
Location was excellent for Colosseum and Roman Forum. Transport links very close by. Quiet street, but not far from restaurants, bars, and supermarket. Apartment was just great; everything you need for a short break. Instructions and communication with host Daniela were spot on.

Great location! Balcony was a hit! The bar/cafe downstairs was wonderful! We got in late and didn’t have coffee or milk for the morning, so the manager sold us some very cheap to make, and the beds were comfy. Good WiFi.

Great Place, Great Location
The apartment was comfortable and Daniela communicated well. There was one issue and it was taken care of immediately. Daniela was flexible on our check-in time as well. The proximity to Roma Termini was fantastic. Easily walkable and we could anywhere from there. Little place on the bottom floor has great coffee in the morning - and a place to have a drink and conversation in the evening if you choose.

A really excellent spot nestled between via Merluana and Piazza Vittorio. Not huge, but comfortable. Great value. Excellent restaurants just below (Salotto Caronte and Baia Chia). Two Conad grocery stores within a block.

The place was clean and well stocked. The view from the balcony was nice. It is an 11 minute walk to the coliseum and 1 hour to Vatican City. Every night we came back tired but happy. Would definitely recommend.

Great location
We stayed at this listing for 3 nights prior to going on a cruise. We were able to walk or take the metro to all of the tours were had set up. It felt very safe. There were several coffee shops on the same block that were perfect for breakfast. The owners was very easy to communicate with. We appreciated her letting us in a little early on our day of arrival.
