The property is very large and has a nice balcony with a view. It's an older place with traditional design. You enter a front gate and take the elevator upstairs. The amenities are a bit old. We had a very hard time with the keys (you have to know the tricks to open the doors). It's on the top floor so you can line dry your clothes (there's only a washer, not dryer). This is a two bedroom and two baths with both bathrooms attached to the rooms, so there is no "common bath". The 2nd bathroom is small and has a strange layout; the urinal is very close to the toilet and it's hard to shower without getting the floor wet. You have to be very careful.
If you want to experience how the locals live, this will work. It's next to many restaurants and bars, with grocery stories nearby. But you have to budget for transportation costs if you plan a lot of sightseeing. We used Uber and taxi so that's a sizable expense. But it's close to public transportation.
Overall, it's been a nice experience for us because I have two kids who like to stay in, and we needed a bigger place. We got to try many of the restaurants there and the prices are good. The host company (WonderWheretoStay) is nice and accommodating. They helped scheduled my rides from and to the airport.
