Great stay!
Silvia was such a great host! She let us drop our bags early so we could tour the Vatican! She also taught us how to take the bus and Gabe great restaurant recommendations! The apartment was clean, cozy and quiet!

Spacious apartment in a nice neighborhood.
The check-in process went extremely well as Silvia’s sister was waiting for us when we arrived. She showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment and area. Appreciated that Silvia arranged for us to leave our luggage in the apartment on the morning of our checkout which allowed us to visit Vatican square to pray the Angelus with Pope Francis and thousands of pilgrims.

Lovely apartment in safe location
Silvia and her sister met us on our arrival. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed including kitchen supplies and paper products. Silvia responded quickly to my messages and arranged a driver for us to the airport. Thank you for an enjoyable stay in Rome!

Great spot! highly recommend :)
We had a wonderful stay at Silvia's apartment. She was SO helpful in organizing things with us ahead of time and staying in active contact during our stay as well. She helped us book tickets to see some of the sites, and booked airport transfers too. Silvia was very responsive! The apartment is walking distance to the Vatican area ( there will be some uphill spots). We also walked to the Trastevere neighborhood from the apartment - about a 35 minute easy walk. In the area itself there are restaurants and coffee shops. There is also a grocery store on the main road. The apartment was clean and good amenities were provided ( towels, paper towel, kitchen items etc). While the apartment is not large - it was the perfect space for my husband and I. We would highly recommend staying at Silvia's apartment and we look forward to returning! Thank you Silvia for all your help - you made our trip lovely!

Absolutely lovely!
The apartment was wonderful! It was a lot larger than I imagined, with two double beds and three single beds. The bathroom was modern and the shower was very powerful. If I were to come back to Rome I would definitely stay in the apartment again, it was worth every penny, and the balcony just tops it off! Lovely and clean, with everything you could need. Close to the Metro, supermarket and a Mcdonalds!

Nice place about 2km from the Vatican square
The home owners did a great job of keeping in contact with me. Showed up on time. Showed me great places to eat. The space has a crib, 2 bunk beds and queen bed and 2 other couches to sleep. I had a great time and a nice place to stay if you want to go to the Vatican Square.

The apartment was basic but clean,tidy and comfortable. It's situated 20 minutes walk from the Vatican. The owner Silvia could not of been more helpful. There are plenty of supermarkets in the area to get provisions plus cafes and restaurants to go out and eat. Would highly recommend the apartment and enjoyed our stay

Very convenient to everything. Hostess was friendly and efficient.
When we arrived by taxi after our nine hour flight, we were able to get right into the apartment even though it was still morning. Martina was right there and showed us the apartment. She even adjusted our cost since we were a few people short. We walked to everything- Vatican, restaurants, cafes, and markets. Very safe. The only downside was the comfort of the beds , and the inadequate electricity. It kept cutting out. We would only stay for one night.

Charming apartment in Rome with exceptional hosts!
My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment was clean, safe, and well kept. Our hosts Silvia and Cecilia were incredibly hospitable and went out of their way to ensure we had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend staying here if you are in Rome for a few days and want a relaxing and enjoyable stay! Fantastico!

Great apartment in a conveniently located neighborhood.
The apartment is as advertised. The neighborhood is not touristy, which was very nice. It felt like a place where the locals lived and shop. There are several great restaurants located nearby. We walked to the Vatican in about 20 minutes. There are busstops close by and taxis are easy to catch on the main road. This apartment was perfect for our family (4 adults and 1 baby). I also appreciated that there was a crib for my baby so I didn't have to bring one with me. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are looking to stay in Rome. Also, the owner, Sylvia, is very welcoming and more than willing to help with any of your needs. Thanks for a great experience!

Perfect apartment to stay in rome...
We just came back from our 4 day holiday in silvia's apartment. We are group of 5 including a 4 years old. Silvia provided biscuits,milk and italian christmas cake (i think) when we arrived which we realky appreciated.I must say this apartment exceed my expections,the aprtment is so quiet and very very safe because u need to go through 2 different doors before you reached your aprtment,so outsiders wont be able to come inside because you need a key,big rooms,plenty of beds and very clean. This apartment got everything we need,from all the pots,pans,plates,cups,extra pillows,loads of towels,and alot of toys,this apartment will be perfect for the family with small kids.the apartment is located in the main town center so everything we need is just a walking distance. The bus stop is literally just 3 minutes walk from the apartment,theres a minnie grocerecy just 5 minutes walk from the aprtmebt which is very handy because the shop is open even christmas and boxing day,but before you buy anything try to check all the caninets in the kichen first cos silvia got almost everything in there like coffee,sugar,hot chocolate,oil,spices like peppers,chillie,salt and many more.the main market is like 15 minurtes walk from the aprtment. st peter basilica is just 30 minutes walk from the aprtment.silvia respond veryquickly to all my questions while we are there. Just a top tip if its ur first tym to travel in rome and planning to see all the tourist attractions,take a map with you,you can asked the owner of the apartment but in our case we got our map from tge colleseum in the information desk,the map will clearly show you where excactly the tourist spot is ,so u can maximize your time by going in one place and be able to go the nearest tourist spot without being lost or withoust asking.

An elegant apartment in the centre of Rome
With my wife and daughter, I stayed in the apartment for 5 nights. The flat was lovely with everything we needed from coffee makers to towels exactly as promised. The building is pretty and has a lift. It's tucked away in a quiet street, but just 50 metres from a main road with direct buses to the likes of the Forum and Colosseum. It's just 5 minutes walk down the road to the train station and just over 10 minutes walk to the Vatican. Silvia was the perfect hostess, sending us really useful guides in advance and keeping a wide range of guides in the apartment. There was a transport strike on the day we left and Silvia came round the day before and spent time ordering us a taxi and making sure we would get to the airport in time. The apartment is large and tastefully decorated, with air conditioning and WiFi and we are hoping to stay there again really soon; Ireland is cold in November and Rome is fabulous. We had a great holiday. Thanks Sylvia!

Cozy but beautiful apartment in a perfect location.
This apartment was the perfect choice for our recent holiday in Rome. While the apartment initially looks small, it is more than enough space to accommodate a family. It was only my wife and I, but we loved the space and the location. Start your morning off with coffee on the balcony or end it with wine overlooking the busy street. A 20 minute walk to Vatican City, or a 30 minute walk to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, or the Spanish Steps. This apartment is in walking distance of them all. The apartment is on a very quiet block just off a main road and Silvia is a great host. She helped set up our transfer from the airport and was able to recommend amazing restaurants. If you're going to Rome, this apartment should be at the top of your list.

Spacious and comfortable!
We loved this apartment! It was clean, very comfortable, and spacious! It is in a safe and friendly location and has a delicious gelato place right down the street! It's very easy to use public transportation to get around. The apartment has lots of toys and children's books and even a crib. We loved everything about our stay and only wished we could have stayed longer!

Clean, quiet, only a mile from Vatican, air conditioned, good value and owner very helpful
Silvia was very helpful with suggestions. She helped us with organising taxi transport to and from airport. We were able to leave our luggage with her on day of departure as we were not leaving till early evening. Silvia kindly provided us with lunch on arrival and complimentary breakfast of milk, juice and biscuits. There were staple cooking ingredients including tea, coffee, sugar, oil etc. The flat was for 6 but there were only 3 of us, ample room. It was clean and facilities were sufficient if you wanted to cook. There are places to eat (Chinese restaurant and Pizza, they were very reasonable) locally and plenty to choose from if you want to go further. It is away from the crowds and tourists and we were able to experience some aspects of typical Roman living. Silvia was available and came back with our queries promptly. We felt safe and it is close to shops and local buses. We would recommend this property to our family and friends. If staying for 3 or more days, the Roma pass is good value. If not, it took us 20-30 minutes to walk to St Peter's Square. You can get individual bus tickets of 1.5 E to travel 100 minutes once the ticket passed through the machine. Clean/Tidy and very baby friendly
Silvia and her sister were true darlings. I had traveled with my toddler who was very happy and comfortable in the apartment. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. Silvia ensured that she kept some supplies for us to eat since we were abit lost locating the apartment. Overall was a great fun filled holiday and pleasant stay...
