It a safe area. It’s close to everything, especially the train station. However, you might want to called them before arriving. It is a yellow tan resident building. It very nice, clean, and bug free! Thank goodness!!!

Weekend trip....
Hotel was great, rooms comfortable and well kept, only negative is the location of the hotel. Great in the daytime just very sketchy after dark, roads are not well lit and the proximity to train station means there are a lot of homeless people lingering around the streets. Got a supermarket near by and a couple of restaurants and a cafe on the same road.

Well worth the price, very clean
Big, clean practical room with aircon, tv, and fridge. Good big bed. For this price, the room was great. Even a hairdryer was avilable. Great for 1 - 2 people. I thought i would be more noisy, but since my room was facing a side street it was not too noisy. I had the room with the title"modern room" . The area ( towards the trainstation, and up a few blocks) was a little dogy, but during daytime, not unsafe, towards Manzoni and the other side much better. Aslo very acessible with bus tram and metro in very close proximity. I will stay there again. They will not take am en, but all other cards

The room and the location aren't that bad but the building and the surroundings are really dodgy. The staff is nice but they're never around. The room was supposed to be cleaned everyday but it was actually cleaned every 2 days. There is no safe and the shower is unstable. On the other the bed was good and the bathroom was clean.

The room itself is very good for the price, clean and only 5 minutes from the termini station, it is very good to reach all the mind attractions. Sadly what is called breakfast, well, it is not for me, small sachet of coffee, it is express and break, if for any reason you drank it at night time you will not have anything for drinking in the morning. Tv was broken and l did mentioned it when l arrived the first night. l did enjoy the big room and bed, it was very clean.

Good location - Expected better service
Nice bedroom, located close to a metro station and within walking distance of the Colosseum. There's no reception so you will need to provide your time of arrival in advance. The shower has two taps, the top one didn't work; we asked to have this fixed twice. After a first unsuccessful attempt we didn't receive any further response from the management. Wifi was average. Disappointing.

Good Stay for a reasonable price
The owner was very helpful and whatsapp me all the instruction to check in since I arrived late night since nobody at the reception at that time. The check went on smooth. Room is clean and well keep. No issue on basic facilities. Not at busy road so it was peace at night. Near to some restaurante for a quick meal.

Room was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated, although the water pressure of the shower was a bit too weak. Apartment was not so easy to find, although it's within the proximity of Termini station. The person in charge of the apartment was quite nice, as he sent us messages in advance to coordinate the timing of our arrival. Although we missed the messages due to the loss of phone, he was able to rush down as soon as he could as well.

Experience of leaving my bags after check out was very bad. No staff available on side, Difficult when a party was being thrown in the room next to mine till 5.45 in the morning. No warm water available most of the day. breakfast was a prepacked croissant from the super market, Nutella and a packet of apple juice. Room was clean, cleaned every day.

Das Hotel welches sich nicht als Hotel bezeichnen sollte ist eine absolute Katastrophe! Ich kann jedem empfehlen lieber 50€ mehr zu zahlen aber dafür bekommt man dann auch was, was den Namen Hotel verdient. Das „Hotel“ hat keine Rezeption. Ich musste wegen später Anreise 40€ dazu zahlen und bekam keine Quittung. Die Betreiber wahren sehr unseriös und machten keinen vertrauensvollen oder freundlichen Eindruck. Sie konnten so gut wie kein Englisch und standen in Trainerhosen vor mir. Zum Zimmer: ich fand in meinem Leben noch nie so viel Staub wie unter diesem Bett. Meine Freundin erlitt wegen dem unhygienischen Zustand dieses Zimmers einen Asthmaanfall und musste beinahe ins Spital gebracht werden. Die Toilette war voller Staub und anderen Überresten. Die Betreiber des Hotels hielten sich im selben Apartment auf wie das Zimmer lag und benutzen die selbe Toilette von diesem stand nichts in der Zimmerbeschreibung. Wir suchen uns bis um 2:30 Uhr in der Nacht ein anderes Hotel und sollten dann auch für die drei Nächte knapp 750 € im neuen Hotel. Das „Hotel“ befindet sich in einem normalen Wohnhaus und die Betreiber betraten mehrfach ohne Erlaubnis mein Gebuchtes Zimmer. Ich kann euch wirklich nur empfehlen, Bucht nicht hier! Zahlt lieber paar € mehr und ihr bekommt auch ein sauberes Zimmer.
