When you first enter the building for this hotel, it feels odd, the building is old and the elevator is questionable but safe. Honestly that’s all that I can say was bad about this property, everything else was great although the property is old the rooms are very modern and nice ( I will add they are a bit small). We got lucky and got room 2 that had a corner balcony so we were able to enjoy views from both sides of the property. The staff, particularly Joy, were extremely accommodating and friendly. They also were able to help me with a self check in with very clear instructions. As far as location the hotel is located directly next to some old Roman ruins that also acts as a little plaza were trams and buses arrive. All popular attractions are a 10-20 min walk and there is plenty of good food options around.

This is a little gem, Only seven rooms. Ours had a very nice balcony; ideal to drink a glass of wine. The roof terrace is amazing, an the service very friendly an personal. It is centrally located with a short walk to all major sights. Highly recommended!

This property is not a hotel, it is the fifth floor of an old building. Trash bags are piled in the entryway. The elevator is so small and outdated it is almost impossible to use. There is no breakfast buffet as advertised. There is no spa. It is in a high traffic retail location. When we complained we were told to "take it up with Expedia." Highly recommend against this property.

Great staff, clean well presented rooms, great location. Showers were amazing and beds comfortable. The Philippino gentleman was a real worker and the lady very helpful. The Italian cleaner was always well presented, friendly and acknowledged me every morning, which was unexpected….great place. I must say the room keys were unnecessary, bulky and I questioned how well they locked the rooms.

The hotel's location was really good and the staff really friendly. The rooms are located in the 5th floor, they have an elevator but it broke during our stay so we have to use the stairs. The view from the shared terrace was stunning specially at sunset.

It was a Joy!
The service, reception, and personalized service by Joy was really incredible. Joy really helped us set up for a great day in Rome. Our only regret was only having a one-day stay at their property. Next time we are in Rome, we will stay here again!

It was not very well signed posted from the street and even on the door or location it’s not clear which floor you need to go to (5 if anyone is booking!) and it was confusing for myself and for other visitors we encountered. We had to ring the number via the Expedia app to find out. My package included breakfast, but they insisted it didn’t, but the selection was pretty limited anyway. The staff are very friendly and helpful in all other matters and the room was really clean and had great air-conditioning.

My husband and I were in Rome at the end of August. It was crazy hot. This wonderful hotel has 2 “hot tubs” that they keep cool, so we would come back in the heat of the day to have a cool down! Staff were super nice. This location was great. 8 minutes to the Pantheon, 15 minutes to Trevi Fountain, 20/25 minutes to the Spanish Steps. This hotel also has a roof top patio. With amazing views
