Completely and tastefully renovated apartment located in an ancient building located in the immediate vicinity (100 meters) of the colonnade of San Pietro. Fourth and top floor with lift, quiet, external view on three sides is composed of: large entrance hall, 2 large bedrooms, one with a double bed and private bathroom and one with two single beds, (in both bedrooms it is possible to add on request a third bed), second bathroom, equipped kitchen (dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery) with dishwasher, washing machine, food processor, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster and other kitchen utensils, living room with sofa bed double bed, dining table for 8 people, air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the lounge, TV-SAT, WI-FI.
Accessories for the little ones, cot, high chair, changing table, bottle warmer and toys. Complete linen for bathroom, bed, kitchen and cot, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Upon your arrival you will find everything you need for your breakfast (milk, tea, rusks, butter, yoghurt, biscuits, orange juice, jam, coffee / waffles)
Next to the entrance door of the building there is a pharmacy, bank, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, food shops of all kinds including supermarkets
Being in the central area, the apartment is connected by various means (bus, train, metro) to all the tourist sites in Rome.

Beautiful apartment! Easy to get everywhere and steps away from St. Peter's square. Carla is an amazing host and is great at answering any questions or needs you have. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Apartment and Wonderful Stay!

This apartment was great: spacious, well-appointed, and in a great location. Carla was a lovely host & even had pandoro and panettone for us to celebrate the Christmas holiday. My sons liked the tray of candies too! We were able to simply cross the street to St Peter’s and saw the pope’s Christmas Day message. Lots of transportation options available, though we chose to walk most places, which was quite easy as well. Carla also helped arrange our transport to and from the airport and train station, which was so helpful due to our somewhat complicated travel plans, with one of our sons heading to the airport while the rest of us went to the train station. I would totally stay in this apartment again!

Beautiful apartment in perfect location

If we ever come back to Rome, we will stay here. It is SO convenient to the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St Peters Basicilica - easy walking distance. The apartment is spacious and clean, and airconditioned, which was very welcome in July. Just lovely.

Very nice and clean apartment within walking distance to the Vatican and St. Peter’s Square. Really good bakery downstairs and restaurants within walking distance. Carla even arranged transportation to and from the airport.

The only bnb in rome with lots stocks in the cupboard.

The place was very nice and clean, with ac and classic lift. The only bnb in Italy with lots of stocks food like coffee,butter, crisp bread,jam and wven pasta and like lots in a cup board. Lots of restaurant and store at the bottom of the building. Walking distance to Vatican and close to some tourist attractions. I will definitely stay again at Carla’s when i go back to Rome. Thank u Carla for the wonderful stay.
