Great location for first stay with young kids!
This listing was very accurate, and was a great place for our family of 4 (kids ages 8 & 10) to stay on our kiddos’ first international adventure. Central location to so many sights kept the complaining to a minimum, and proximity to many Trevi Fountain gelato options & souvenir shops was a big delighter for our girls. Read the reviews to know what to expect, all mentioned challenges are still the case, but we knew going in and were just fine with limited glassware, smelly sink, etc. Would definitely recommend if you want to be in the middle of everything Rome has to offer!

Excellent Location
We couldn't have asked for a better location. Easy walks to all of the main Roman historical sites. Dino and Pierluigi were extremely helpful and very responsive. The apartment was well equipped and accommodated two couples nicely. The Piazza has several restaurants that are very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would return to this property.

Everything was wonderful!
What a great apartment for our visit to Rome! The apartment was perfect - in a charming old building - walking distance to everything! The owner, Dino, and his manager Pierre Luigi were incredibly helpful with everything from, "How does the washer work?" to arranging ground transportation and offering restaurant suggestions! On a scale of 1 to 10 our stay was definitely an 11.

Great location, close to so many sites. Plenty of space, well appointed with all you will need, but mattresses are terrible.

Great stay!
There were six of us traveling, so we used all of the space in the apartment, but it was perfect! The apartment was exactly as described (and pictured) in the listing. The location could not have been better. We were able to walk to everything. We stayed in August, so I was nervous about the AC working well enough, but it was fine. Communication with Pierluigi was easy. He met us right away when we arrived, and he sent us some great restaurant recommendations. I would stay there again!

Great location
The apartment is in a historic building. The second bedroom is very small and is more appropriate for children than two couples sharing the apartment. There is very limited space for luggage. There was an issue with air conditioning that was fixed, but needs a more permanent solution. That said, you are a few blocks from the Trevi fountain and can walk anywhere. Overall a good stay.

Family Trip to historic Rome
The location is excellent for the major sites (Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and Pantheon etc). The apartment is a little tired and in need of some tlc, the air conditioning was a little disappointing and noisy and some obvious parts of the kitchen were missing such as kettle & toaster! With barely any crockery or glasses, having breakfast cereal in a pasta bowl and beer from a wine glass isn’t a great look. The 2nd bathroom still had the drain like smells from previous reviews. Did feel very safe in the apartment with its apparent bullet proof door. Lick of paint and a few kitchen utensil updates with a better A/C unit and it’s ideal.

Excellent property and location
Location couldn’t be better Flat very spacious and well decorated Dino/Zakia made check in, check out and transfers very straight forward Minor negatives: couple of bulbs didn’t work, the ‘big’ shower heads were quite leaky - but nothing a quick fix couldn’t make good again

PERFECT ROME LOCATION!!!
This property was well maintained and the location was better than we had hoped. It's located smack in the middle of ALL the Rome action and the building is beautiful and easy to find. It made Rome very, very walkable!! We loved it! Zakia and Dino were very kind to help us arrange a large, group dinner at an area restaurant (shout out to Vladimiro!!! YUMMY!) and also recommend other places to try and arranged transportation to/from various airports and train stations. I loved where we stayed. It was safe, comfortable, quiet and simply perfect. We loved it!

Great location, bed arrangement and view for a family of 4 stay.
Communication with Dino, the manager, was very clear and efficient. He answered all my questions and made good suggestions for our visit. His agent, Zakia, was very responsive meeting us after we arrived via high speed train and the bus from Naples, and she made our check-in seamless. We loved the arrangement of the 2 bedrooms and it was great to have 2 bathrooms. Though we ended up showering in the shared bath, rather than the master due to the poor water flow and inability to adjust the shower-head in the master bath. The beds were comfy and the master had a lovely cabinet to hang clothes in. Also, the vanity was large in the master bath. We really enjoyed the view from the living room, it really is better than the picture and the military flyover over the Altare della Patria on June 2nd was just amazing. The location is so central to everything you want to walk to. We strolled around the borders of the Forum and the Colliseum most nights. The kitchen was missing some essentials for cooking such as a cutting board, olive oil and balsamic, and there were very few glasses and wine glasses. We do like to cook now and then when we stay at a vacation home so these missing essentials made that a challenge. Also, I would suggest inexpensive fresh kitchen sponges for guests and instructions how to use the air-conditioners (we just used the fans since it was early June). It was easy to do laundry, just hang it to dry. Really, the largest difficulty besides the missing kitchen gear was the entry door handle that is so broken, it falls off every-time you try to close the door from outside. I'm sure Dino will be sure to get these issues addressed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay due to the fabulous location, cleanliness and comfortable beds as well as seamless check in and out!

This could not be in a better location. We were picked up promptly at the airport by the service and we were met at the apartment on arrival. The apartment was clean and comfortable and very quiet depth being i the center of Rome. I would stay here again next time! We could walk to almost all the major areas. Miss staying here already!!!

Fantastic apartment, great location, professional hosts
If your intention is to walk all the historic sites of Rome, including (dare I say) the 'touristy' sites, this is a marvelous location to serve as your launching pad. My wife and toddler spent five days in Massimo's lovely Ikea-esque apartment. As the photos indicate, you can literally see the Victor Emmanuel monument from the apartment's window (which, incidentally, is a magnificent testament to Italian unification and serves as an impressive testimonial to Italian taste and style). The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and, for the most part, equipped with all the essentials. We were greeted by Daniel (spelling?), who was punctual, courteous and helpful. One recommendation, Massimo: provide a second set of keys (this would give your guests more flexibility to come and go as they please, without having to wait for each other at the front of the building). This family-friendly apartment is highly recommended and, without wanting to sound like I am a paid spokesperson for the Italian Ministry of Tourism, I doubt that anyone interested in the High Culture of the West would regret visiting Rome.

Spacious apartment perfectly placed to explore Rome
I'd liked to have given this apartment five stars, certainly its location and general appeal would support that. Daniel, who met us on arrival, was great. Full of information and promptly got us settled in. A real bonus was having Sky including the sports package! I know that sounds awful (who wants to watch TV when visiting Rome?) but the Lions were playing the All Blacks, what more can I say? Just a few maintenance issues stopped us awarding five stars. The kettle wouldn't boil, the dishwasher seemed to work but didn't properly clean the dishes and the second bathroom had a "drainy" smell. If they get this fixed this apartment would be top-rated.

Excellent, with a few limitations
The best feature is the location: just blocks from the Trevi Fountain and the Corso, an easy walk to the Panteon and Piazza Navona, with Piazza Venezia practically next door (there's a glimpse of it out the living room window). Security is excellent, with key and elevator access, as well as a daytime concierge. The place is clean, quiet and adequately furnished in a kind of IKEA-modern style. The beds are comfortable. However, the kitchen equipment is a bit minimal and other things are on the sparse side--only one waste paper basket in the whole place, no garbage bags for waste, no extra sheets or blankets, too few kitchen towels, no toilet paper holder or hooks for bathrobes etc in the bathroom (also inadequate towel racks). Also, contact with the management practically ended after the initial orientation--we received no response to several email inquiries when we had some slight emergencies re. sheets etc. Still, we enjoyed our stay and (with the stated reservations) recommend this apartment.

Perfect location to explore Rome
The flat was clean which was a relief because the building itself could have used a good cleaning. Massimo was very helpful with all of our questions both before and after our stay. He arranged transport to and from the airport which was very helpful. Virtually minutes from Trevi fountain. Loved the restaurant which was on the main floor of the building too!

Well located apartment but in need of a little TLC
My first ever review so am keen to be balanced. Location of the apartment is excellent for those wanting to be in the heart of the city. The overall accommodation is well set out and the web description is accurate. The existence of a lift to serve this 4th floor space is essential. The apartment is however in need of some attention. We were unable to use the air conditioning units and there were no instructions. The dishwasher doesn't work (this has been noted in earlier reviews) and the kettle is temperamental in that it has a mind of its own switching itself on and off before ultimately boiling. The sky box linked to the TV did not work and the tap in the sink of the separate bathroom needs descaling. Finally the help guide in the apartment which sets out recommendations to attractions in the city were all written in Italian (with the exception of the advert for limos to provide transport to and from the airport!!) which I think is a major oversight. Individually these items can be considered minor irritants but I would suggest they need to be addressed to ensure the apartment maintains its undoubted attractions.

Lovely apartment in Central Rome
This is a fantastic modern apartment in a lovely old building. It is very centrally located - only minutes to the Trevi fountain, Pantheon etc. This, combined with the number of beds available, makes it ideal for a family. The owner, Max, was very helpful - he answered all our emails promptly and moved the check in times to accomodate us. He also left us a complimentary bottle of wine in the apartment. There were a range of helpful guide books and folders with suggestions for excursions/ tours etc in the apartment. The description and photos of the apartment are accurate - it has refreshing and modern decor, although it has started to become a little worn through use. Also the dishwasher was not working when we stayed. The kitchen has plenty of plates/ cups etc but only enough kitchen equipment to cook a very simple meal - not a problem with so many great restaurants around! Overall, this is a lovely apartment and I would thoroughly recommend it.

Great location but needed minor repairs
This apartment was central to all the sights, making walking around very easy. Overall the apartment was clean and comfortable and the greeter was very nice. However, the dishwasher was broken, the master shower wouldn't drain, we had trouble with the door lock and the beds were very hard. The building also has dark hallways. Communication with the apartment manager was always prompt before our stay, but during our stay we sent two emails requesting transportation to the airport and I never received a response.

Great location and very clean apartment
We enjoyed the apartment's location which was very convenient to most of the sites and restaurants that we wanted to go to. The owner will arrange transportation for you from and to the airport which is very helpful. The apartment is extremely clean and the bathrooms are nice. The only thing that was somewhat disappointing was the second bedroom is a bit small and the bed is pushed against the wall. This is shown in the picture accurately. Otherwise we would definitely recommend the apartment and location. The owner is also extremely reliable and responds quickly to any inquiry.

Great location !
The condo was centrally located, walking distance to all of the most popular attractions. Trevi Fountain, The Pantheon, Piazza Nanona are all within 5 min walking distance. You can walk to Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Roman Forum within 10min. The condo looks exactly as shown on the pictures, it's very well furnished. They also offer Limo pick up for an extra fee, but as first time visiter we think worth it. We arrived by train and the train station was very confusing, it took a while for us to find the driver, but he was very reliable. By the time was got to the condo, the manager was waiting in front of the condo waiting for us. We had great trip and love the hospitality !
