LUXURY APARTMENT IN THE RESIDENTIAL HEART OF EUR. IMMERSED IN GREEN AND IN THE CITY AT THE SAME TIME.
The accommodation is located inside a very modern and bright villa where you can relax outdoors.
It welcomes every guest and is suitable for short and long-term stays, for holidays, work, relaxation.
Suitable for families with children, who can play in the garden in complete safety.
The space of 75 m2. accommodates up to 6 PEOPLE. It is a unique space, American style, divided into zones. The entrance is through a large window that can be opened completely and inside which there is a large blackout curtain for the night. BAR COUNTER, fully equipped kitchen, including DISHWASHER. The dining/work table can be opened for up to 6 guests and is illuminated from above by a large CRYSTAL PYRAMID whose doors can be opened electrically and equipped with a blackout curtain for the night. Large built-in wardrobe. Three very comfortable double sofa beds, 55 INCH flat-screen SMART TV with NETFLIX. Very original bathroom with glass walls, but opaque to ensure privacy, large crystal and mosaic shower. Floor lamp that works as a speaker connected with Wi-Fi, via Bluetooth, to your Smartphone, to listen to all the music you love. Two wall-mounted USB SOCKETS in the columns of the bar counter.
Independent air conditioning and heating. The entire structure is covered by excellent free Wi-Fi, bright thanks to their large opening windows and equipped with blackout curtains in the sleeping areas. The kitchen is totally complete with everything you need. There is a washing machine, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, scale, toaster, hairdryer, bidet, large shower with glass box with crystal and mosaic door, iron, table, drying rack, bathroom scales, shampoo-shower, cap, cotton buds, sewing kit, slippers. Bathrobe on request free of charge.
All the apartments have mirrored safety windows: during the day visibility from outside to inside is impossible, in the evening with the light on the interior is visible from the outside, but privacy is provided by the large curtains covering the windows.
A children's bed with suitable linen is available upon request.

Hosts
The hosts were rude and psycho. Relax and unwind in a spacious apartment which is a garage. The wi-fi didn't work, the hosts kept taking cigarettes and lighters which were left outside of the "garage" in the "relaxing" patio area. Had to call the Carabinieri after the hosts were in my husbands face screaming at him. Also, if you plan on kissing your significant other anywhere in this area, that is frowned upon and not allowed. Also the hosts called us poor for renting from them in their 10 million dollar Miami like house. Funny how they have to rent out their house, but we are the poor people. Asked for a refund so we could leave and actually enjoy our stay, that was also declined. If you would like to have the most terrible stay of your life and meet the rudest people, I recommend booking this VRBO.

Inaccurate Description and Poor Experience
The photos online and the description of the property make it seem as though you’re staying at something closer to a hotel or apartment, when in reality it’s just a room in someone’s basement with its own door to the outside. The space is also much smaller than it appears in the photos online. It’s all one room with no separate bedroom. There are rules for the house that are not listed online, for example, no one is allowed into the property that is not staying on the property, so we couldn’t bring over another colleague for dinner like we had planned. There were also several issues with the property itself. The shower had 0 pressure due to the fact that some of the nozzles for the shower were missing. The shower itself also had tiles missing in some places. The A/C for the apartment also did not work and could not cool down the place. When we alerted the property manager they came quickly to look at it, first they said that it felt fine to them and then they said it wasn’t working because we had it turned down too low, despite the fact that regardless the temperature we put it at, it never cooled down at all. They changed it to a higher temperature and said “let’s try this”. It never cooled down to that temperature. We let them know again and they again argued with me that it felt fine to them so they didn’t see a problem. They turned the temperature down a couple more degrees, but it still never cooled down more than it was and always continued to warm with us present.
