Apartment located in the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Zone) accessible by private car only from 6pm to 6am the following day. IMPORTANT: Tourist accommodation tax (compulsory): 3.50 euros per person per night up to a maximum of ten days. Children under 10 years are exempt. It will be collected at your arrival. IMPORTANT: Extra to be paid on site upon check in: - EURO 3.50 per person per day: Tourist tax Municipality of Rome (for a maximum of 10 consecutive days). Children under 10 years old are exempt. - EURO 30.00: for check-in from h. 21 to h. 24. - EURO 50.00: for check-in from h. 24 onwards. Great location needed to be cleaned
Greta location for this please walking distance to things that we wanted. We were only staying one day so were able to go with the flow. We met the cleaner on the way in. We did not think the floors were cleaned. As evidence by the fact that our socks were black on 20 minutes. We washed the glasses for a glass of wine.

We enjoyed our stay in Rome. Andreas was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. The apartment was exactly as described and actually very roomy for the five of us.
