total fraud in ROME
this hotel took my money for 3 nights. but when i showed up in rome, i called the hotel bc my flight was delayed. they told me that i am not able to check in at 7pm or after 7pm local time. not even if i could prove my flight was delayed. i even gave my flight info to the hotel....but they did nothing. and when i called hotels.com they ended up calling the hotel. it took an hour to get someone from teh hotel to talk to hotels.com call center employees. i was stuck in airport just waiting. eventually the hotel just kept our money. total scam. then they rented MY room out to other people. meanwhile i had to pay hotels.com for a SECOND hotel reservation for the SAME THREE NIGHTS. NG GUest house ROMA san PIETRO needs to be DELISTED from this website for FRAUD.

Really lovely
Beautiful apartment, spacious and comfortable. Well decorated and clean. Good amenities. Breakfast was nice too at a local cafe. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Séjour très agréable à Rome et au NG Guest House
Accueil sympa, les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût, elles n'ont rien à envier à un hôtel 3 ou 4 étoiles. La localisation est parfaite pour à la fois visiter Rome et être au calme le soir. Il y a tous les commerces nécessaires dans le quartier. Le balcon, certe petit, est très appreciable. Je recommande sans problème guest House, un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Never stay here. Do Not reserve here.
It’s air-BnB type, not a hotel. They accept check-in time only within 7pm, but the rule is written in very tiny font almost unrecognizable. We arrived at 11pm, called the host but replied he contacted us by e-mail and cannot give us room. I checked my e-mail, including junk-box, but found no such mail. Please check out other reviews of same experiences, do not stay here.

Uforskammet ejer/bestyrer !!!! Dejlige værelser og god beliggenhed, men det kan ikke opveje den frække og arrogante måde de har at kommunikere på med mange advarsler på mail. Vi blev nærmest beskyldt for at smadre værelset gennem en ubehagelig mail kort efter vi var ankommet og måtte ikke efterlade vinflasker ???? og ikke mindst fik vi af vide vi var underlige ... Det skal lige siges at vi på ingen måde var fulde og ukontrollerede... Magen til frækhed har vi ALDRIG oplevet ud af de MANGE gange vi har rejst. Var der fra fredag til mandag - ingen rengøring trods det står på hjemmesiden er hver dag. Måtte selv gå ned med affald og indkøbe toiletpapir. Elendig service og mangel på høflighed! ALDRIG IGEN!

Es war toll, dass mich die sehr nette Frau des Besitzers so herzlich in Empfang genommen hat. Es gab viele Tipps zu gutem Essen und Aisgehmöglichkeiteb. Rundum alles super. Würde jeder Zeit wieder dort buchen!!!
