NAVONA, CAMPO DE FIORI - Penthouse Terraced

A unique apartment in the heart of Rome, a few hundred meters from Piazza Navona, Castel Sant'Angelo and St. Peter's Basilica.

Large penthouse with a magnificent view, perfect for a Roman holiday.
The large terraces, the original floor and the beamed ceiling create a romantic and welcoming atmosphere, all just a few hundred meters from the major tourist sites!
Penthouse can comfortably accommodate 6 people and the strategic location allows you to move around on foot or by bike.

The apartment is composed as follows:
- Living room with double sofa bed, TV, air conditioning and French window for access to one of the 2 terraces.
- Dining room with table, sofa and access to the second terrace
- Fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, with washing machine, dishwasher, toaster...
- Double bedroom with a 160 cm wide bed, air conditioning, large wardrobe, beamed ceiling and skylight.
- Bedroom with 140 cm wide bed for 2 people and wardrobe
- Marble bathroom with bathtub
- 1 terrace with parasol and sofas for breakfast (access from the dining room)
- 1 terrace with sun umbrella, deckchairs and a large dining table (access from the lounge)

Penthouse has: Free high speed wi-fi, cable TV, washing machine, dishwasher, stereo, heating and air conditioning. Sheets and towels are included in the service.

THE DISTRICT
It can be reached with a very short walk (300mt) Castel sant'Angelo and then reach St. Peter's, or get lost in the narrow alleys up to Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and gradually in the most beautiful squares, museums and monuments.
Campo de Fiori is one of the oldest and most historic neighborhoods of Rome, you can still find craft shops handed down from father to son and old trattorias.
In the alleys you can breathe the air of the old Rome, and from every street you go out in front of monuments (Castel s'Angelo) or squares (Navona, Campo di Fiori, Pantheon) that leave you breathless.
You will be fascinated by this district, full of wonderful views!

APARTMENT'S RULES:

- LATE CHECKIN: FROM 22.00 TO 00.00 AM ASSETS WILL BE REQUIRED OF € 30, plus € 10 every hour until 7.00.

- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) and the cleaning costs of € 160 will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For bookings longer than a week, a weekly cleaning of € 60 is provided in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

Even better than we imagined!
Riccardo's penthouse apartment was truly a dream come true. We truly could not have picked a rental in a better neighborhood, with a better view, and with more charm. Riccardo was also incredibly helpful - from responding to messages almost instantly to arranging airport transport, even at the last minute. I HIGHLY recommend this apartment to anyone looking to be in the heart of Rome, but off the tourist beaten track. It was delightful.

Wonderful apartment in great location
My husband and I spent five days at this wonderful apartment in Rome. It is perfectly located. We were able to walk everywhere. There are restaurants and markets just a few steps away. The apartment was just right for us. It was immaculately clean, beds comfortable, a/c in the bedrooms, and very quiet. It had everything we needed. It also has two outdoor rooftop terraces which we enjoyed every morning and evening. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly to anyone wanting to stay in Rome.

This is a special place for the Rome traveler who wants to be in the city proper, near many famous sites. It also lends itself to those who like to mix in cooking at home. We loved the outdoor spaces. It is an elegant, nicely appointed apartment in a lovely part of town.

Wonderful place to stay in Rome
I stayed there with my 3 members of my family for 4 nights. The place is very clean, very pleasant with 2 balconies, walking distance to multiple attractions and very nice restaurants. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The host is super accommodating and very responsive. He arranged our transportation to/from the apartment from the airport and to the cruise port. I couldn’t ask for a better choice than this apartment, simply wonderful!!

Location and charm!
We stayed here for 4 nights in June/July 2024. First, the location! Easy walking to Castel Sant Angelo, Vatican City, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and more (all within a 30 minute walk) Right outside the front door are tons of shops and cafes/restaurants, all along with winding, narrow streets of Rome. We loved just walking around exploring the streets. You'd turn a corner and a 1000-2000 year old church or other building would be right there. The host Riccardo was fantastic and arranged a van to pick us up at the airport and drop us right at the apartment. And, he did the same thing for the trip home. That helped removed the stress of finding the apartment and making sure we got to the airport on time. He even left us a small bottle of lemoncello in the fridge! The apartment itself was clean and had a wonderful charm, with exposed beams throughout. The two terraces were fantastic, even though we didn't get to use them much....it was very hot during our time there. There are four separate air conditioners that help you keep cool in just the rooms your are using. The apartment is truly a penthouse; it's on the top floor all by itself. It's like your own private place. Just book this apartment and enjoy the fantastic location and service offered by Riccardo.

Fantastic Penthouse in Rome
I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Riccardo was the consummate host, responded quickly and thoroughly and even left us a welcome gift. The space is unique and beautiful and was perfect for two adults and two teens. The location was fantastic and allowed us to walk to the Vatican, Trastavere and more. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Rome accommodation
Attractive top floor apartment, very comfortable and clean. Perfectly located near the top attractions. We were able to walk to the Pantheon, Colosseum, Forum, St.Peter’s square, the Sistine Chapel. Location was excellent! Less than 25 minute easy walk to all sites we wanted to see. Lots of nice restaurants minutes away. Cad stand 5 minutes away. Small grocery stores nearby. I had some difficulty understanding the check in and key situation as I was overthinking it. Ricardo was excellent and patient explaining the process several times to me but the procedure was exactly as he described so the anxiety was all self inflicted. Apartment was nicely laid out and vey liveable. I highly recommend staying here and hope to return to Rome whereby I will try rent this apartment again. Best travel wishes to you! Perfect Escape in Navona, In the shadows of Castel Sant’Angelo
We stayed in the Campo de Fiori - Penthouse Apartment and it was very clean and comfortable! Our flight arrived early morning and Riccardo arranged a ride from the airport (FCO) that dropped us at a bag storage area near the apartment. The apartment was available an hour early, and they sent a message alerting us that we could check in. The location worked out very well. It was near the Tiber River, but centrally located between the Vatican and the downtown sites (it was an easy, scenic walk to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon). After seeing the sites all day, we spent our evenings just strolling along the streets behind (north of) the apartment and found beautiful sites with excellent dinner and gelato options. Riccardo and his team were very accommodating and accessible, communicated well, and made both the check-in / check-out processes very easy. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Rome!

If this property is available, you should snatch it up! First of all the communication with Riccardo was incredible. We got all the information we needed, he helped us arrange for transfers to, and from the airport, and when we accidentally damaged a patio key, he took care of it immediately. When we arrived, there were also lists available of local restaurants, bars, and grocery stores that were very helpful to have The location is also excellent. We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to see and was easy to get taxis for places that were further away. There are many restaurants, shops, fountains and beautiful squares within 15 minutes walking out the front door. And the property is beautiful. The pictures represent it perfectly. I cannot say enough about how beautiful it was, and the overall positive experience we had.

Location Location Location!
This was the perfect location for us to explore Rome! We loved the quiet neighborhood and the home was so comfortable. We were welcomed with Limoncello and cold water in the fridge. It had everything we needed to make our stay feel like luxurious. When we travel we like to live like the locals so this home made us feel like a local. The beds and couch were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook, including a dish washer. The air conditioner was cool and we needed it since it was in the 80's when we were there in September. Our only recommendation would be to have directions of how to close the sliding glass door, it took us contacting the owner for more directions. We also could not find a safe to store our cash/ jewelry. We bought fresh tomatoes, meats and cheese to bring back to the home but we didn't realize there was no salt or pepper at the house. That would have been a nice addition. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back again.

Great location
The location is perfect for where we wanted to go in Rome. It’s a little small, especially the bedrooms with pitched ceilings that you have to be careful not to crack your head on, and don’t expect a large shower like in the US, but if you plan on spending time out and about in Rome, I would definitely recommend it.
