Amazing.
A fantastic welcome. The room was very well cleaned and even got some croissants as well which I think was fantastic. They have air conditioning as well which is so essential in Rome. And if there is anything, they are very helpful and always willing to help. Genuinely a great hotel in the middle of Rome and monuments are literally walking distances.

Ideal location in the city, fine for just a sleep over. But wasn’t the cleanest. No milk for tea or coffee, Not enough butter for croissants. Walls must be very thin, as we could here the woman next door on the phone and a man snoring.

Great location and hotel
The hotel rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and very clean. The staff was very helpful and informative. The hotel is in a great location and close to everything. You can walk to almost every major site (if you don’t have small children). I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Overall. A good stay at this hotel. Booked a single room with a twin bed. The positives include great service from staff who were helpful and friendly. The hotel is also located at a great location that is close to all the must sees in Rome. The negatives would include the mattress being old and should be replaced as it sagged at the centre and made for an uncomfortable sleep. It was a short two night stay for me. I would book again for mainly the great location.

As we arrived we were informed that they did not have a room available for us… so they told us to go to a hotel around the corner and was assured that it was nice. When we looked up the hotel it was a third of the price we paid to stay at Hotel 2000, there was no breakfast included, no bathtub… the list goes on. The staff was very friendly and their English was great, but we feel as if we did not get what we paid for at all. Would not recommend.

I spent 4 nights here by myself and was quite pleased. People at the front desk were extremely helpful and kind. Room was nothing special but was a room and it’s better than what you payed for it. Breakfast was ok. Only issue I had was finding it at first. It’s on a building where you have to buzz in and there are no large visible signs. I was confused why they make you turn the key in every time you leave. Overall very nice place and location. Would stay again.

This is conveniently located close to everything. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Has everything you need for Rome where you only go to room to shower and sleep. Don't expect fancy but expect good service and location. They have juice, toast, yogurt and amazing Coffee right in your room ready for you. It was just right!
