Best location and greatest Host.
Firstly, location, location, location. Your not going to find a better location. Secondly, Alberto is the greatest Host. He makes you feel like family and will do anything to make your stay perfect. I do not speak Italian and Alberto was willing to make reservations and do whatever he could to make my stay in Rome wonderful.

Beautiful place to stay.
My husband out 1.5yr old and my in laws stayed here for only 2 nights but it was the perfect spot for us. The apartment is beautiful and in a PERFECT location. It’s calmer than being right in the middle of Rome, there are tons of amazing places to eat and explore just outside your door. Alberto was an amazing host. He is extremely helpful and had great suggestions for places to go and things to see. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Prati di Borgo-You Must Stay Here
This is a beautiful apartment with marble floors, quiet, safe building, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Our host Alberto is very fine man. He is outgoing, available and helpful. He is like family. You will not find a better host. We loved our stay there and will come back there again,some day. The apartment is located in a nice area, close to the Vatican, restaurants and shops.

Perfection in Prati
Lovely, clean, and well appointed apartment in excellent location. And, if the smart apartment wasn't enough - our host, Alberto, and the building doorman, Marco, were the kindest and most thoughtful hosts we met during our 10 day journey around Italy. This will be our go to apartment if we are able to make the trip again. The neighborhood is fantastic and the restaurant recommendations were perfect. My only regret is that we were not able to spend more time.

We would give 10 stars if it was an option! Alberto is an amazing and gracious host. His communication was incredible, leaving no details untouched. The apartment has modern amenities, with classic architecture and design. Simply exquisite. Every time we return to Roma we will stay at Prati di Borgo with Alberto. Highly recommend this apartment for a great location, great host, and fantastic accommodation.

Perfect Roman Apartment
Prati di Borgo exceeded my expectations. Not only was the apartment clean, well appointed and beautiful, Alberto was the most helpful and attentive host I have ever met. From before booking and my many questions to our early morning check-out, Alberto took a sincere interest in making our vacation perfect. The apartment is well appointed and remodeled to current standards in a nice, safe building, and located in a quiet, centrally located area. Alberto provided tour contacts, connected us with a driver, and was spot-on with several restaurant recommendations. Everything was perfect and I can’t wait to return for another Roman holiday at Prati di Borgo!

The apartment is in a fantastic part of town. It is only a 10 minute walk to the Vatican. The apartment is gorgeous and our host, Alberto, was very attentive. He made it feel like a 5 star hotel. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip back to Rome. Thank you Alberto!

The absolute best stay in Rome!
This property is beautiful, very clean, comfortable and easy walking distance to some of the top spots in Rome (the Vatican, St Peters Basilica and Castillo St Angelo) are within 10 minutes walking distance. All of that is wonderful but what makes this property the BEST is the owner, Alberto. Such a kind, attentive and caring host! He stayed in constant communication to be sure we arrived okay, that we were comfortable in our stay and provided fantastic dining recommendations. I can’t say enough great things about our stay. We will absolutely be back!

Prati di Borgo was an outstanding apartment in the perfect location. Alberto (and his mama) were kind and helpful. He made us feel welcome and helped out with suggested restaurants (excellent and friendly ones close by) routes, taxis - after my efforts failed-and other lovely suggestions. There is also a wonderful building manager / concierge. The furnishings are simply beautiful (mostly antiques) and chosen with care. Marble floors, comfortable sofa and beds. Everything recently updated and renovated. Bathroom was clean and new. Hot water is tentative but may be related to the overall building supply. We cannot wait to return next year. Great location, comfortable and lovely place
The whole experience was wonderful and we just wished we could have stayed longer.! Alberto was very accommodating and helpful. He will communicate with you by WhatsApp to get your time of arrival, so watch for that. I had the App but forgot to check it. I think he had to wait for us for a little bit, and I felt bad. But, of course, he did not mention it. He is a jewel! The whole building is gorgeous and in a very convenient area. He can help you get a taxi anytime you want it. The two times we got taxis without using him, we paid more than we should have. I would stay there any time I could.

Amazing stay in Rome
We had an amazing stay in Rome. Alberto is a gracious host , checking in to make sure everything was perfect and helping with recommendations and suggestions. The apartment is beautiful, spacious , very comfortable beds and furnishings . The apartment is in a great location, close to the Vatican and walking distance into the old town. Buses and trains are close by and the neighbourhood felt very safe. We will be back . Thanks Alberto.

Rome Long Weekend
Ho trascorso un bellissimo lungo weekend nella proprietà della mamma di Alberto, a pochi minuti dal Vaticano e da Castel Sant'Angelo. Eravamo venuti dalla Scozia per il 6 Nazioni di rugby. Era perfettamente pulito, spazioso, ben arredato ed esattamente come descritto. Si trova al 2° piano ma è disponibile l'ascensore. La zona circostante è tranquilla e sicura e la metropolitana è a soli 10 minuti. Alberto è stato un ospite eccezionale, prontamente disponibile, super cordiale, comunicativo e ci ha dato ottimi consigli su dove mangiare fuori e sui negozi locali. Anche se siamo arrivati piuttosto tardi a causa di problemi con il volo, Alberto ci è venuto a prendere all'arrivo, ci ha fatto fare un giro della proprietà e si è assicurato che fossimo sistemati. Consiglio vivamente Prati di Borgo.

Absolutely amazing property
This was for sure one of our families highlights in Italy. The house is beautiful and Alberto is the most kind and attentive host we have ever met. (No exaggerating) The location was perfect for walks to the Vatican and also to all the main historical sights in Rome. Alberto even helped arrange transportation to the airport at the end of our stay for a small fee. There are plenty of restaurants all within a couple of blocks from this house as well. When we return to Rome we will certainly be staying here if it’s available. Thank you Alberto!
