Francesco was so nice and greeted us with a lot of great info. The apartment is a very short walk from the main train station and from several famous monuments. We couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Perfect base to explore Rome
Charming host, lovely property - lots of space for family to spread out! Very close to Termini but no train noise and felt safe walking about at night. Hope to return some day!

First Trip to Rome
We are from the US and had 4 adults and 2 teens staying here. The set up was very nice, and we had plenty of room. Francesco greeted us when we arrived and checked us in. He was an excellent host. It is a very lovely apartment and he took the time to answer our questions and show us around. We liked the area, even though it is a little bit of a distance from some of the attractions. Being close to the train was very nice. We were able to get where we needed to go for the most part. I will say that the trains were VERY crowded most times we used them. I felt like the neighborhood was safe. There was also a grocery store very close by. There are restaurants and shopping in the train station as well. Definitely would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at “Lovely house”. Francesco was very welcoming and had great communication. The apartment was spacious, clean and fully equipped. There was lots of charming art and stylish decor. The bathrooms were great and the kitchen was well equipped. Access was good with a lift and the area was convenient for the train station and travelling into the centre. Overall thoroughly recommend this place.

Perfect location
We could walk from train station to the rental and also easy to find cabs or take the metro. Place is very clean and check in process was super easy. Beds comfortable and nice showers. Restaurants near by. Would definitely stay there again if came back to Rome.

I was thoroughly impressed with this property! The location was spectacular, and the apartment itself was spacious, and gorgeous! A short walk to Termini Station, restaurants, and grocery stores. Our host met us at the apartment and was very accommodating to let us check in early. He gave us a tour and explained all the amenities. Very helpful and friendly. The apartment was lovely. Spacious and well appointed. Location was very close to train station and buses, in a quiet neighborhood with many restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great space- great location
We were worried about the safety of the area, since it is so close to the Termini station. But we need not have worried, the area felt totally safe, the building was secure, and the location was amazing- so easy to reach almost anywhere in Rome. The space was beautiful and spacious and Francesco went out of his way to meet us and get us checked in and settled. We highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment was clean and in walking distance to the Termini. It had 4 comfortable beds, kitchen, 2 great bathrooms. Small elevator, but that was better than climbing 5 flights of stairs! No complaints at all.
