The Casina of Ludo is a large Studio apartment composed of a bedroom, with double bed and wardrobe, a living area with a sofa bed and a dining area with fully equipped kitchen; a large bathroom with shower complete the apartment. Completely renovated, located on the 3rd floor in an elegant and quiet building with elevator.

Our guests are welcome in our apartment where they will find all comforts and facilities you need for a pleasant stay.
The Casina of Ludo is equipped with heating, air conditioning, TV, Internet WiFi, hairdryer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, juicer, oven, fridge with freezer, iron and ironing board, upon request cot and high chair. We provide bed linen, towels, kitchen linen. Upon your arrival, you will find the kitchen with salt, sugar, coffee for coffee maker (supplied), extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, tea, and also as a welcome, the breakfast of the first day.

At your arrival we will welcome you and give you all the information you need for your stay and we will be available to assist you for any eventuality, for the duration of your stay.

For stays longer than 7 days is expected change of linen and towels twice a week

The Casina of Ludo is located in the historic neighbourhood Appio Tuscolano, surrounded by a vibrant commercial area full of shops, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies etc ..., about 10 minutes from the Caffarella Park; from here you can walk along the way Appia Antica by taking a nice long walk in the Park, among the historical monuments and the famous catacombs of San Callisto, San Sebastian, Santa Domitilla and the tomb of Cecilia Metella.
With three stops of the metro line A, you can reach the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, the Scala Santa and the Church of Santa Croce in Gerusalemme.

The Casina of Ludo is
-five minutes walk from the metro station Furio Camillo of line "A", from where you can reach:
“Piazza di Spagna”, “Piazza del Popolo” and the centre of Rome in 15 minutes,
the Basilica of “San Pietro” in 15 minutes,
the Termini railway station in 10 minutes.
- ten minutes walk from the railway station Tuscolana (with the trains that connecting the city with the airport of Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci in just 40 minutes)
- in front of the apartment there is the bus n. 85 (to reach the “Colosseo”, “Piazza Venezia”, the “Fori Imperiali Roman”, “Fontana di Trevi).
It is possible to park the car for free in the surrounding streets, otherwise in the immediate neighborhood there are some paid garages.

• In the house smoking is not allowed
• Pets are not allowed.
• It is not allowed to bring guests unless previously agreement.
• Check in from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
• Check out from 8:00 am to 11:00 am.

The price of the apartment does not include city tax of € 6,00 per person per night.
The tax does not apply to children under 10 years.
This amount must be paid upon arrival at the home.
