The apartment accommodates up to 4 people . Is composed as follows:
- a double bedroom with balcony, with bathroom provided with bathroom tub/shower;
- a bedroom with twins beds with ensuite bathroom provided with shower;
- functional and fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, toaster, washing machine; available free on charge for you: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, spices, paper towels, dish soap;
- large living room with terrace, composed of dinner area and sitting area with TV;
- a useful storage room for s bags, luggage, shoes.

the apartment is rented according to the following rules:
A) 1/2 people: you will have access to one bedroom one bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, a storage room, a parking lot in the garage.
B) 3/4 people: you will have access to the entire apartment: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, storage room, parking lot in the garage.
in both cases NO OTHER GUESTS WILL SHARE THE APARTMENT WITH YOU DURING YOUR STAY AND YOU PRIVACY WILL BE ASSURED.
In case you are in the situation mentioned at A) point (one or two guests) and you would like to have the entire apartment available, YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR 3 GUESTS.
C) The property does not have cots or small beds for children under three. Consider their ccommodation before booking.

NEW SANITATION MEASURES ADOPTED:
In order to fight the COVID - 19 infection, "La Casa di Bambi" has taken further actions according to the recommendations and guidelines of the local health authorities and the Ministry of Health. Furthermore, from 1 April 2020, the interval time between one guest and the next is at least 48 hours . This is necessary for thorough cleaning, take all the indispensable sanitary measures and allow an essential aeration of the apartment.
