This place was great. The apartment was clean, well maintained, well appointed, and well located - just a short walk to the Vatican, supermarket, bank, bus, train station, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment near the Vatican
We stayed at the apartment after a Western Med cruise out of Rome. The location was perfect with easy access to the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica. The host was very attentive and gracious.

The property fully met our expectations. The location (near the Vatican) was excellent and a great starting point for exploring the city on foot. We would like to thank our host for his recommendations (restaurants, airport transfer, etc.), they rounded off our stay very positively.

This was a very nice place to stay. Very clean, comfortable, spacious and a good location. I highly recommend staying here. The communication with Andrea was good and check-in went smoothly. The grocery store a minute away was convenient. Walking distance was the train station, restaurants, shopping and the Vatican. Figure out the bus and metro and you can visit all the sights in Rome. We were very happy with everything and would definitely stay here again.

A top location and appartement
It is a great location, the appartment, the neighbour hood, a shop in 20 meters and a very nice cafe bar just 2 minutes to walk. The Vaticaan can you reach in 10 minutes / 30 minutes, and the city in 25 minutes. Dont forget to visit Castel del Angelo 25 minutes from the appartment. André and the family.

Lovely apartment
My family of four (2 adults & 2 teenaged daughters) really enjoyed staying at this apartment - it was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. It was extremely close to the Vatican which made sight seeing very easy and there were lots of cafes & restaurants within very close walking distance, as well as a great supermarket to grab waters and snacks easily. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Wonderful Stay
Wonderful apartment which looks exactly like the photos. Andrea provided everything we needed to make this apartment feel like home. The location was perfect for everywhere we wanted to go. Instructions from Andrea and in the apartment gave us great recommendations for places to eat and attractions to see. My family enjoyed the comfort and our stay. We all would recommend.

Loved It!
We loved this home! Super cute and great location. We were able to easily walk to St Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican. Other sites were a short Uber/taxi ride. We could grab espresso, pastries and sandwiches right across the street. And within 2 minutes 23 had access to a small grocery store that had everything we needed for drinks and meals. Communication was excellent and check in was super easy.

Birthday celebration
We just had the most comfortable stay at this apartment in Rome. It was located very close to St. Peter’s basilica, a market, and the metro. There were three of us in our party in Italy to celebrate our mother’s birthday. The accommodations were lovely. Very clean. It was a great feeling coming back after a day of exploring to our home away from home. Andrea was a fabulous host and gave us some good recommendations on local restaurants. Would highly recommend this host and apartment.

Perfect Way to Visit Rome
This unit was perfect. Very close to the Vatican and many other attractions. We were able to walk almost everywhere. The unit is beautifully decorated, superior clean and comes with many amenities other units we've rented don't. Such as, hair dryers, umbrellas, electric converters and much more. My words could never describe how lovely it is. Andrea the property manager gave us many helpful tips about transportation and tours. Communication with him was seamless.

Can't say enough positive things about this place. Andrea is very quick to respond to all questions. The check in process was super easy with the lock box. The place is beautiful. We have rented many places and there's always something that doesn't work quite right or bad plumbing, etc. Here, everything worked properly. Nice, hot showers, washer/dryer worked well. Even the hair dryer was a strong and sturdy appliance, unlike the flimsy units you get at hotels. The beds are really comfortable, with nice big pillows and comfy bedding. The location, for us, was perfect. Off a major road so it was quiet but close to many great restaurants. Close to the vatican but away from the rest of the super popular tourist sites. But they were close enough that we could walk home (usually about 30 minutes) after a big Italian meal. It's close to a metro stop but we never used it. We taxied occasionally but mainly walked everywhere. When we left, I said to my family. I think this was the best place we have ever rented and they agreed. I would estimate that we have rented about 50 places throughout the world.

Super nice!
Beautifully decorated apartment near the Vatican. Comfortable beds nice bathrooms and perfect for the 3 of us. The nicest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The only drawback is the washer/dryer combo unit did not get the cloths all the way dry. We couldn’t figure out how to just run the dryer. We hung up what didn’t dry on the towel warmers and everything was dry by morning. Easy walk from Roma S Pietro train station.
