The listing mentioned there was a grill - the first night the grill wasn’t working right. I messaged the owner and he gave us a lengthy message on how to fix it.. I kind of feel like.. if you know people are checking in and a grill is an amenity you should probably check those things yourself. We didn’t mess with it because we weren’t familiar with the grill and didn’t want to mess it up. Nonetheless we really are not fussy folks. We pivoted and let it be. Day 2 We ended up purchasing a charcoal chimney to make the charcoal grill work - which was inconvenient.There was a stool that had a wobbly top - one of our friends actually put it to the side so no one would sit on it and hurt themselves. But one of the guys did at some point and ended up literally falling to the ground. I put it to the side. I didn’t message the owner right away as it was late.The next day he messaged me. The owner was extremely unprofessional and rude. He didn’t ask how our stay was - he just came at us about the broken stool top. Our friend could have been injured - you should probably not put out furniture that is unstable for your guests to sit on. I think it was a natural wear and tear.. it was very evident that we were not acting up or creating a ruckus in the cabin - we cleaned, and were very respectful of the property. They charged us 125 for it!! I can’t express enough how rude the owner was to communicate with. I would not recommend staying here.
