Completely renewed and stylishly furnished it is located in the heart of Trastevere, via del Moro 7.
Elevator up to 5th floor, some easy stair steps and you 'll be there!
Large windows in each room will let you enjoy the view of Rome and her magnificent monuments.

The apartment has a wooden floor throughout. It has double glazing windows in each room.
And a wonderful terrace with an eat out table.


This tastefully designed apartment, is composed by:
a nice living room with sofas with convertible beds, TV;
fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining table for 6.
Washer, iron and iron board.

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms:
the main bedroom (queen size bed) with drawer and bathroom ensuite, stunning view on Trastevere roofs and Saint Peter;
second bedroom with two single beds (or one doublebed) closets and bathroom ensuite, beautiful panoramic view;
third bedroom with one single bed, closet and bathroom ensuite. Linked to the terrace.
You can find spacious closets in the hallway as well.

It is a wonderful area with several restaurants and cafes, boutiques, bakery, and shops where you will be able to find anything you need.

Linked to Piazza Venezia by tram 8 and to Colosseum by bus 271. Piazza Navona and all the baroque Roma is easily reachable by walking and crossing the wonderful Ponte Sisto (bridge) over river Tevere. You will feel really in the heart of Rome and her history.

Bright space in convenient location
Perfect for 2 couples and student abroad. Bright, clean and convenient secure space. Rooftop was perfect for fresh air. Didn't mind a few extra steps from small lift/elevator after climbing monuments all week. Busy community with great food and lively night activity. Taxi stand near by made access to any part of Rome easy. Kitchen could've had coffee, but we didn't use it otherwise. Found beds firm, pushed twins together to make kings, linens nice, no cover sheet though. Definitely recommend for short stay in a great river-side neighborhood. Great communication with host. train and airport easy.

Very nice long week end

Amazing place to stay!
Everything was wonderful… location, accommodations, and our host was more than fantastic! We were able to walk everywhere, but we didn’t have to go far for anything we needed. The shops and restaurants near the property were fantastic. This was a girl’s trip, and we were able to relax and recharge after a day of site seeing, then step out the front door and be right near tons of wonderful bars and restaurants. It was perfect!

Terrific Trastevere
Very smooth check in. Comfortable beds and everything you need for a short stay. Location is fabulous. Walking distance to all sights. A busy and vibrant street with lots of restaurant and bar choices nearby. Host very helpful. We were a mixed group - teenager, 50’s and 80’s - everyone loved it.

Wonderful stay in the BEST neighborhood!
The apartment was the perfect spot for our family trip to visit our son who was studying abroad. The neighborhood was so lively and the unending choices of amazing restaurants has us dreaming of returning to Trastevere! After long days of walking and sightseeing the apartment was the perfect place to rest and recharge. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace enjoying the vast views and sounds of Rome. The communication with our host was excellent and she even helped us organize transportation from the airport to the front door of the apartment on multiple days as we had family members arriving on separate days. Highly recommend this property!

Immaculate apartment in the heart of Trastevere
My 81 year old mother, 17 year old daughter and I stayed at this lovely apartment with incredible views of Rome from every window. Beautifully updated with whites and neutral colors. We were very comfortable and felt very safe going in and out of the apartment.

Noisy location, absolutely. Low ceilings, definitely. We still liked this place.Perfect location for exploring Rome. If you are tall, beware, you will hit your head as I did. Twice. My wife once and she’s 5’6”. Be warned.

We had a great stay, the apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Trastevere cool life,.
It is also close to everything, we walked and walked and walked, our hostess was GREAT, and pending on every detail, we could cook for breakfast, and had a wonderful Christmas dinner in the apartment after doing grocery shopping at Campo di Fiori mercato! The views for the rooms and kitchen are beautiful, has a little place for laundry, we also used it, and a lot of coffee makers in every size. Next door a bread place, and 2 minutes walk a plastic Érica where we had fresh Corletti for breakfast almost everyday. Thank you for a dream holiday time in Rome! We will be back!

Great apartment in Trastevere
This great property was as advertised and a wonderful base for spending the new year in Rome. The Trastevere area was incredibly busy (much busier than when I last visited seven years ago), as was Rome in general. There is a lot of noise at night from the streets below, but nothing that bothered anyone much or kept anyone awake (pack a pair of ear plugs). The views from the apartment are just amazing, and experiencing the fireworks going off everywhere around us on NYE was something none of us will ever forget. Rome is busy, and this apartment is right in the centre of things, but everywhere is walkable and six floors up is a nice place to sit back and take it all in. Communication with Rafaela was very good from start to finish.

Spacious and well equipped apartment but VERY NOISY street..
This was a spacious and well equipped apartment and the host was very accomodating. Lovely views across the city to St Peters. We loved the area around Travastere and you can walk to most places however this apartment is on a street above a number of late night restaurants and bars that are VERY NOISY at night until early hours of the morning. If this is what you are there for it may not bother you however if late night noise is a problem this may not be the apartment for you. Granted it was the Christmas/New Year Period so probably busier and noisier than usual with the street a bit of a mess each morning.

Great location and convenient to many of the main attractions
Great apartment for our family of 7. Walkable to both the Vatican and the Colesseum as well as many other sites. Enjoyed sitting out on the rooftop terrace; however, during the afternoon it can be too sunny and hot to sit out there comfortably. Also, you need to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the terrace, which makes privacy difficult for the person who is in that room. The apartment was clean, however, one of the bathroom's toilet continued to run the entire time we were there. Also, the water in the master bathroom shower was slow to drain and sometimes had standing water while showering. Saw a few ants in the kitchen and on terrace. We let management know about these issues but were not addressed during our stay. Overall, enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Raffaella did a great job of arranging a car service from the airport to the apartment. Would advise if getting car service back to airport, confirm the price. The same service that charged us 60 euros to bring us from the airport to the apartment with 7 people, charged us 70 euros to take 4 of us to the airport during a non busy time.

Great Apartment
This is a great apartment in a fantastic area for those that don't want the city on your doorstep. Even though it's still a short walk into the city, staying in Trastevare felt like we were submerged in a local area. Great vibe and excellent cafes/ restaurants so close by. Apartment was lovely and clean and spacious ..we are a family of 4, traveling with two adolescent children. The outdoor terrace looking over the rooftops was also a definite bonus. All in all we felt very comfortable and secure in our apartment. The owner was also very nice organising the transfers we required to and from the airport and train station. The only criticism I have was on our arrival. After reaching our apartment around 9 pm we were advised we had to pay an extra fee for someone to wait for us to let us in as it was after hours. I don't have a problem with this as long, if it is standard practice, I know upfront .The fee was 90 euros which I was required to pay on arrival. Luckily I had the cash on me but it's not a great way to start your holiday. I do feel the owner had plenty of time to inform me of any additional costs prior to our arrival. It just put me in an uncomfortable situation.

Great location, spotlessly clean, very helpful personnel, but not quite big enough
This apartment is in a great location for people who like the hustle and bustle of Rome and that is one reason we selected it. The owners are great - very helpful with arrangements you might need to make and it is very clean with great views over Rome. Our "problem" was one of size - we were a party of 5 adults and the common spaces are not large and have a number of low beams as the pictures clearly indicate. Unfortunately we are all relatively tall, so negotiating the common spaces was sometimes a bit tricky There were also some issues with closet space (no hanging space in one bedroom and a sort of "half" space in the other big bedroom). On the other hand, the two main bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable and it is nice to have an "ensuite" bath associated with each room. The layout of the apartment is a bit awkward, with access to the terrace through the 3rd (very small) bedroom. It was in this 3rd bedroom that we did find hanging space for our clothes, but that meant the occupant of the small room had to do a lot of sharing of his space. I do think the apartment is more suited for 4 adults than for 5. Rafaella and June were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Information about the neighbourhood was provided, which is always welcome. They also offer a second apartment in the building which we have stayed in and I must admit I liked that one much, much better.

Clean and Okay but not Great
I’ve been fortunate enough to have mostly wonderful VRBO experiences in great neighborhoods in great cities. While this met the “great neighborhood” and “great city” criteria, the apartment itself was rather disappointing. For starters, this was the first place where it felt purely like an investment property where the owner wanted to do the bare minimum to check the box on having an amenity without really caring about the quality. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable. The windows were constantly dripping with the condensation created by the cold outside weather. The HVAC was intermittent. The master shower was a tiny plexiglass square. There is no vanity nor shelf space in the bathroom for toiletries. There is no hanging space in the master bedroom – literally no closet or armoire. One of the bathrooms smelled like sewage. So much so that I emailed the owner…without response until we left. The apartment was spotlessly clean and totally functional – it worked just fine. It’s just not in the category of wonderful properties that VRBO has spoiled me to hope for. The neighborhood is indeed wonderful, vibrant and loud. The only downside is the loud part. Lots of people on the streets constantly including in the overnight hours. The other thing that sounds like an odd complaint is the local church bells kicking off at 4:30am and then going every 15 minutes. It’s pretty, it’s European but, well, it’s 4:30 in the morning. Again, to each their own – just know what you’re getting into to. This is not a bad place but I’ll be so bold as to say that I’m sure you can do better.

Center of Rome
Property is in the best location to see many Roman sites! Walking around the neighborhood was fabulous! Dinner recommendations were excellent! The condo was very nicely decorated and remodeled! The elevator only goes to 5th floor. We were on 6th floor. The view from bedroom one with double beds was fabulous! Air Conditioning was very new and convenient. Second bedroom was large with two beds. Third bedroom was very small. With two beds it was cramped. The owner was very helpful! She arranged transportation from airport and also back to port 1 1/2 hours! Prices of food in neighborhood was excellent and easy walk to restaurants and pharmacy. We enjoyed our visit!

Stayed one night in Rome. This apartment was great. Top floor but had elevator. Everything you could need was in this apartment and the views were fantastic. Right outside are all kinds of shops. Next time I'm in Rome I'll stay here.

Dejlig lejlighed. Utrolig central beliggenhed midt i Trastevere med spisesteder lige udenfor døren. De skråvægge skal man lige vende sig til, og så havde været rart med parasol eller lignende på tagterrassen. Skønt sted !!!!
