The staff is excellent, the safety is excellent, the breakfast options and quality are excellent, and the location is very good. The general rooms are small. And the rooms and amenities could use more updating. Overall it is a little pricey.

The hotell is extremly good situated nearly in the middle of the downtown of Rome. The personel was very friendly and helpful. Need to give extra thanks to the young man working in the breakfastroom. Even situated in the citycenter noise wasn’t disturbing. Easy to go by walking to see around or using hop-on hopp off buses. 10

Very convenient, just 10 minutes walk from Termini Station. Very professional staff, in particular Serena. A good breakfast, not exceptional but worthwhile.

We loved the Villa Franca, stayed 3 nights, the staff was excellent, the breakfast was excellent, the location is perfect, close to Termini Station, close to the metro, really good restaurants near by, pharmacy is one block away, there’s a grocery store one block away. Next time we are in Rome, we would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

The room was very spacious but was a little worn down. There isn’t much in the local area so be prepared for a lot of walking or paying for a taxi to get to the main areas in Rome. Overall it was an okay stay.

Nice Hotel
This hotel was pretty and had the best breakfast of our stay in Italy of 2 weeks. The rooms were fine and I even had room on the sink to place my things without them falling into the sink. This hotel had charm but still felt spacious. It overlooks a street in Rome. The front desk staff were helpful and nice. They let us keep our luggage there after we checked out for free while we continued to tour the city. This hotel was a good walking distance from some of the main sites to see so be ready to walk.
