This place definitely has an outdated look that makes it look old but honestly, it was fine. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and the front desk people were very nice and quick with check-in. Air conditioner worked very well. It is so close to the train station and walkable to many places. I would stay again.

Great location but if I planned better I would not stay here. The room is okay, if you sleep for few hours- not a place to stay for a vacation, pay more and go somewhere else. We did t want to walk at night.

This property is ideal for anybody wanting a trip where everything is within walking distance (almost) Colosseum, Trevi fountain, (20 min), Pantheon (30 min), Vatican city (1h)

The staff was nice, but they never said anything about my missing toilet seat, until I brought it up. When I finally settled in for the night, I went ask the front desk with a picture on my phone, “Isn’t this supposed to have a seat”? He couldn’t help me and said the morning staff would help. This was my first night. I left for a while the next day, came back to a seat on the toilet. The lady at the desk said, the previous guess broke it. Don’t you think you could’ve told me that when I first checked in knowing there was no toilet seat. Also, they want your room keys every time you leave the building. Not used to that, as I have never heard of it before. Must be something they do at this particular hotel because I’ve gone to others and they don’t do that. It’s served it’s purpose for me to lay my head down.

This hotel was in a good location for getting to historical sites in Rome. We had an easy walk to the Colosseum and other locations. It was also a block from the Termini train station. There were restaurants right around the hotel. It is an old hotel and gives you a feeling of what travel would’ve been like many years ago. We took a picture of the elevator, or Lyft as they call it because it was so ornate and quaint. The local staff were lovely and friendly. This is a local traditional small hotel. It is not fancy, it is also not expensive. It is simple, clean, comfortable, and friendly. We didn’t get breakfast, but a block down the hill there is a pastry shop. The pastry that I got there was so good I felt it was so sinful I needed to go to confession after eating it every morning. Oh my was it wonderful!

old world building with gloriously ornate and fun elevator... Was so tiresome to open up 3 little doors each time I used it...but I survived. ...(that was sarcastic; it was nice & safe). Staff was helpful. Breakfast was very good, considering I'm not used to continental breakfasts. :) thank you, Dina Hotel!

There was wifi in the room but it was not working at all and to use the wifi person needed to go down at the reception area. Other than that the hotel was pleasent to stay.
