Hotel's staff are very helpful and it is a safe, tidy and well-managed hotel over all. The only disadvantage is the location as it requires at least 20 mins walk to popular tourist spot.

The sweetest and most helpful staff!! Spacious rooms, somewhat hard mattress and pillows, but the staff was most helpful getting softer pillows. Great bathroom! Very central location. Not too busy, easy to access from train station, airport bus, and attractions.

Hidden gem in a central location
This hotel has a central location, making it easy to walk to several major tourist attractions and the train station Termini straight from the airport. While the exterior blends seamlessly with other houses on the street, the interior is modern. The room looked exactly like the pictures online, and the service was excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. We would stay here again.

Fabulous night in Rome. Great price. Lovely modern minimalist room with lovely modern bathroom. The hotel staff are delightful particularly the lady at reception, she is so lovely. Lounge area to chill in when Rome is too hot. Perfect spacious family room at such great price. Walk to colosseum about 10 mins.

The hotel was great. Nice sized room, modern, friendly and helpful staff. Everywhere was nice and clean. There was a metro station 3 minutes walk away, an amazing restaurant by the corner of the hotel - must make a reservation as it gets busy. Other good restaurants close by. Would stay here again if I come to Rome again.

We checked in late (midnight) and Alyssa was so accommodating and provided self check in (which was easy and quick). She is great and very helpful. The room is very clean, spacious, simple but aesthetically pleasing, and I love that the hotel is environment-conscious (ie: shampoo in a big dispenser instead of small plastic bottles which we throw away after use). It also smells great and realizing in the bathroom thanks to natural essential oil reeds. The surrounding area is okay, morning walk was nice. However I would not walk around when it is dark though (~9pm in summer). There is a nice medium sized grocery store across the street, and some great and affordable restaurants a few mins walk called Romantica and 081 cafe. About 20 mins walk to the Colloseum. Near Roma Termini (about 10 mins by taxi).

The hotel is rated 1 star but far surpasses and better than some 3 stars I’ve stayed at. Looks recently remodeled. Shower was amazing, WiFi fast, large bath towels. Bed mattress could be a bit better but I still slept well. Well located and walking distance from Termini. Entrance a little subdued but still easy to find. No elevator access and requires a flight of stairs to check in.

Positive : The hotel and the room are well decorated. The room is spacious. There's a nice 'bar' of teas and infusions in the lobby. Employees are kind. Negative : we have been given a room in the lobby. You could hear every discussion and when people were leaving. The room is not soundproof. You could hear your neighboor sneezing and people talking on the sidewalk. The bed and pillow were really hard. That was our 3rd hotel in Rome and I can tell you can find better options to sleep well.

Das Personal am Empfang war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, allerdings recht dunkel, da das Fenster nach hinten raus ging und wir Blick auf Mauern und Lüftungsanlage hatten, die man durchgängig hörte. Im Bad waren Toilette und Waschbecken gewöhnungsbedürftig und nicht optimal für uns, da es sich um ein behindertengerechtes Bad handelte. Das Frühstück war gut. Zudem gab es den ganzen Tag immer kostenlos Wasser und Tee. Der Bahnhof ist fussläufig gut erreichbar, ebenso die Metro. Wir würden das Hotel durchaus weiterempfehlen.

Equipe atenciosa, serviço de quarto impecável. Quarto confortável. Localização muito próxima do Coliseu, porém o hotel fica em uma rua que á noite fica muito escura. Só isso que me preocupou. O resto, simplesmente fantástico.
