Wonderful location just a short walk from the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain, right in the heart of the city. Plenty of shops and everything you would need. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed and was very clean, we would definitely return.

Hotel is a short walking to major attractions and the bed is great after walking so much in the city. Beatriz was great and the property response on WhatsApp was super fast. I’m definitely staying on this hotel again.

Location, location, location! This property was walkable to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Colosseum. I took a 13 euro taxi to the Vatican each way. The property is so cute! The room was pretty spacious, clean, modern and the bed was super comfy. I definitely recommend this property. I can’t wait to comeback!

This is a new hotel that is fresh and clean. The location is great, walking distance to shops and restaurants and fairly central to sights too. Entry to the property is different from a “normal” hotel but straight forward and feels secure. The staff were welcoming and were very helpful when we had any questions.

The location it’s amazing, just a in the middle of everything, restaurants, shops, tourist attractions. Very good choice for the price. The hotel it’s new, super cute, perfect for solo travel or couples, it’s in the second floor of a very charming old buiding that’s it’s under construction, DON’T let this take from the experience. It’s a really good price,

The hotel is well situated in a high end shopping district. Once you know where the hotel is, it is not hard to find. However, the hotel does not have a sign outside. The entrance/downstairs lobby is under construction. It is hard to walk through. The staff is very nice but not entirely knowledgeable. You ask a good to place to get a coffee and they act like it’s the first time they have heard the question. The room is clean but small. The place has just been renovated but cheaply in my opinion. There were multiple places in my room where the floorboards were not glued down and were clapping when we walked on them. The bathroom door made a funny noise. The threshold was not secured. For American standards, average at best.

Although this is a very new facility, it is not a hotel in the American sense. It is several bedrooms with a desk that is manned from 8:30 am until 8:30 pm. The desk clerk had to greet us on the street so that we would be able to find the entrance inside the building. They were very courteous and everything was new and clean. If you are looking for a place to sleep in a great location this is a great place but if you are expecting a hotel this is not it.

The place is in a traditional Italian apartment building, not really a regular hotel, no restaurant or cafe or gym or anything like that at all. And I liked it because I felt like I was living there with a doorman. All staff members were friendly and helpful especially Katherina and Maria. Thank you for both of you ladies! You pay for the location and the convenience. I want out everyday for dining, shopping and sightseeing. So this place is perfect for me. If you want to save your money, there is a small refrigerator in the room and there are supermarkets. I wish there was no construction on the first floor just because it’d would made the place more traditional and charming. I didn’t hear anything especially when I close the door.

Great boutique hotel. Location is amazing just 2 blocks from the Spanish steps right in the heart of the high end shopping area. We stayed here for a week and rarely used the subway, as walking from here is close to so many attractions. It's true there is construction going on almost everywhere in the building, but as long as you don't stay in the room all day, you won't hear the noise. It didn't bother us at all and when they are finished this will be a great hotel. Goldoni 47 will be my go to hotel next time I'm in Rome.

The hotel is on the second floor of a traditional Rome apartment building. The rest of the building is currently undergoing renovation work. The hotel itself feels very new, when you enter it through a door off the stairs. Between the hotel inner door and the outer door to the street there is work going on. There is a small lift or easy stairs to climb to the hotel. The location is fantastic, a few minutes walk to shops, Spanish steps, restaurants etc. The hotel itself was a small reception desk then all the rooms. Reception is staffed 8am to 8pm. Our room was a superior room, city view. The room was new and clean, with a queen bed and toilet /shower room. We overlooked a restaurant which was noisy but you couldn't hear anything with the window closed. There was a large smart TV and good wifi. It would have been nice to have a chair or two in the room but we could sit on the bed ok. Overall I would say you’re paying for a fantastic location and a small, clean, modern room. It didn’t feel like a “hotel” with no reception area, restaurant etc.
