We were scammed by 2 crooks that run this place.
Oh my gosh! We were scammed by two crooks. Here is the whole development. I've booked a triple room (double bed and a single bed). I've registered 2 adults on Hotel.com, and left out my underage (10 year old daughter), because every where else we stayed, there's no need to register the child. When we arrived, there was no receptionist or any instruction to where we could go to be checked in. It's a rainy, cold afternoon and we left to wait outside the building. Luckily, there was a resident from that apartment returned from work, so he let us inside the hall, and let us borrow a phone to call the number on the reservation. The guy answered and showed up after half an hour. He made us walk 3 blocked to the actual "office" to check in. He and another guy charged us $70 extra to make the single bed for my daughter. He said Hotel.com showss only 2 guests so they only made 1 bed. Now they charge $70 as tax and extra fee to put a sheet on the foldable single bed for my daughter. Also, the reservation and booking shows "free breakfast" but there's ABSOLUTELY nothing from them. It was our worst experience ever. Definitely won't ever return here.

I think they knew that the hot water was defective however we let them know. They need to sweep under the bed. I like the quaintness and real ness of the area. The bar for breakfast is simple, but the operator is fun and helpful. Love how close it is to the train station and so many tourists spots. You can walk to coliseum basilicas presidential palace etc....great The management is around the corner and a small sign indicates you are at friend house 2, keep your eyes wide open. Lots of shops in the train station excellent place.

Near to Rome Termini our room was a full private apartment . 5 min walk from Santa Maggiore and an amazing restaurant called Robin Hood. 15 minutes the colosseum.

Just ok but things need improvement
For the price paid was ok but lots of things need vast improvement. The bed was most comfortable, Italian breakfast is at nearby cafe. The room is clean however the room ambience is poor, the walls and removed fixtures are ugly not maintained. Lots desired from washroom, it’s small, ill maintained not that clean. Room service provided was just ok. One needs to call to the property phone no on checkin as no one responds when intercom is used to access property

Difficult to find
The hotel was difficult to find because one building houses so many hotels/ houses and the name written on the building is not necessarily the hotel's name. I suggest anyone going to any hotel in Rome to know the building number in advance so as to locate it easily. The reception of the hotel was in a different building and the stay was in a different one (I guess friends house 1). The room was very big. The bathroom was also decent and clean. The kitchen was also big and well-equipped. However, there was no soap/ shampoo in bathroom, nor was there any tea/ coffee/ sugar in the kitchen. The bed was cozy. The ceiling fan in the room was very fancy and was ornate with a lamp but the sad part is even after trying to switch it on by various means, we finally could not switch it on. There was a pedestal fan in the room thankfully. The reception staff had a Srilankan person who was very good and friendly. That was the best part of our stay.

Megérte ezt választani!
Rendben volt minden, ár-értékaránynak megfelelően a várttal összhangban.. Kényelmes ágy, és tisztaság. Egy légkondi jól jött volna, és a reggeli lehetett volna kicsit több, de ez apróság. Mindenhez közel volt, egyedül Vaticanba és a tengerre mentünk metroval, vonattal. Igazi belvárosi, olaszos feeling. A környék szemetes, de ennek ellenére nagyon jól ereztuk magunkat. Mangula és a kis Hölgy nagyon készségesek és kedvesek voltak. Visszatérnénk bármikor. Köszönjük!

Estoy enojada porque me cobraron 20€ en el lugar con la excusa d que solo me descontarían 70€ de la tarjeta y en el resumen me descontaron 90€. Por lo que se quedaron con 20 de más, esas cosas no me gustan . La habitación linda, el problema el baño. Sucio y con mucha humedad

Arrivati in loco non c'è un cartello.Ho chiamato un numero sulla prenotazione,ha risposto un signore che non parlava bene l'italiano e mi ha detto di aspettare.È arrivata un'altra persona che non parlava italiano e ci ha portato in un altro posto solo per fare il check in poi siamo tornati al posto di partenza e ci ha spiegato le chiavi in inglese.La porta dell'ingresso non si apre bene,il bagno sporco,muri sporchi,lenzuola non proprio pulitissime,la tenda della doccia era piena di macchie nere,ovviamente muffe,il tetto del bagno tutto nero di umidità,non c'è finestra,non funziona l'aspiratore,la stanza è piena di tasselli staccati,il televisore non funzionava,la porta del bagno non si chiudeva,la tenda esterna è trasparente la mattina presto entrava la luce.Dopo due giorni abbiamo chiesto se ci cambiavano le asciugamani e ci hanno risposto che non è un albergo non vengono cambiati ogni giorno,alla fine ce li hanno cambiati.Il tappeto del bagno dopo due giorni è stato capovolto anziché cambiato,i ferri del letto erano arrugginiti,la doccia bisognava tenerla per mano perché lo spruzzo andava laterale,sopra l'armadio c'erano palloni buttati lì.In 4 notti non ci hanno mai pulito il bagno.Non c'era gel doccia,abbiamo chiesto ci hanno detto che non ne trattano.Nel bagno c'è un buco per terra per fare defluire l'acqua della doccia,non è altro che la fogna a cielo aperto.Il water è così attaccato al muro che bisogna sedersi lateralmente.Una delle mattine c'era solo l'acqua fredda.

Chegamos ao endereço indicado aqui no site, cerca de 20:00 horas da noite e era um prédio, com vários apartamentos, sem nenhuma recepção ou placa indicando que o hotel era ali. Quase entramos em desespero, até que uma moradora do prédio chegou e perguntamos a ela se ela tinha conhecimento do hotel. Ela não conhecia, mas pegou seu próprio celular e ligou para o número dado pelo Hoteis.com no momento da confirmação da reserva. O senhor que atendeu a ligação dela disse que iria nos buscar para fazer o check in e em menos de 2 minutos estava ali. Agradecemos a ela e fomos com o senhor (muito simpático por sinal), porém ainda inseguras, pois não sabíamos aonde ele estava nos levando. Cerca de 3 minutos andando e chegamos em fim na recepção do hotel, dessa vez com tudo certinho. Ele conferiu nosso passaporte, nós pagamos as taxas necessárias (um roubo por sinal, todas as vezes que vou a Roma me sinto assaltada) e tivemos que nos encaminhar novamente ao primeiro endereço, pois um dos apartamentos era onde ficava o nosso quarto reservado. O quarto era muito bom, com vista pra cidade, frigobar, porém o aquecedor não era muito bom e estávamos lá no inverno europeu. O hotel dá café da manhã em uma "padaria" próxima (você escolhe uma coisa para comer e uma coisa para beber). Ele fica próximo a Roma Termini, cerca de 8-10 minutos e saímos de lá às 04:45h pois tínhamos um trem para Veneza às 05:35h, a rua estava deserta, mas não tivemos nenhum problema mesmo estando 3 mulheres sozinhas.

Не сразу нашли вход в отель, но созвонившись, встретились с хозяином. Очень приветливый человек, говорящий на русском. В нашем номере были отдельные ванна и туалет. Завтрак: круассан и кофе или чай. Мы были зимой, народу было не много, поэтому достаточно тихо. Месторасположение превосходное: в нескольких кварталах от вокзала Термини, насторожил, конечно, китайский квартал, но они спокойно себя вели. Всё понравилось. Но мы останавливались на одну ночь.
