The apartment consists of a beautiful and comfortable living area with a relaxation corner and a double sofa bed, a large bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, an open kitchen and a modern and functional bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery and glasses. Large and comfortable terrace, overlooking the agro pontino and the EUR, equipped with table and chairs to relax in the open air. In the apartment there are also air conditioning (2 splits - in the double bedroom and in the living area), WiFi, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
