Rome stay
Very communicative and attentive host. Easy check in to meet and show us around. Very clean. A broken hairdryer got replaced immediately. Host very helpful with information and transportation tips. Overall, very nice stay, central location right next to taxi, bus, metro train station. Air conditioning was very much appreciated with 35 degree temps during the day.

Perfect
We ended our vacation in Santa Agata with two days in Rome. The apartment was perfect location and very clean . It was 99 degrees everyday and was perfect place to regroup and cool off . Although Italian ac is not as powerful as what we are used it to it still kept us comfortable on those hot days! The apartment managers Vicky and Iryna were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with . We hope to come back again to visit Rome and would rebook apartment!

Great location and great apartment
My wife daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this wonderful property. The flat was a good size for the 3 of us and could accommodate 2 more. The air conditioning was a must have and worked great. However, the best part of this property was the location, about 10 steps from the Barberini metro and an easy walk to most of the main tourist attractions. Additionally, the hosts were pleasant and easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

Very good location. AC was plenty strong for the summer (we were there during a streak 100 degree weather). Plenty of space for a family of 4. Helpful property manager who checked in on us regularly. Nearby grocery store and breakfast cafe and farmacia.

A clean, modest well equipped appartment, but the jewel in this listing is the location, it’s sensational. Metro, bus and taxis literally right out the front and only 100 meters from well stocked mini market. Only 10-20 minutes walk from all the major tourist attractions and restaurants like Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona, you can easily immerse yourself into the historic beauty of Rome and just as easily extract yourself for a rest when the thronging crowds get too much. The host is thoughtful, helpful considerate and attentive, consistently checking that all is going well and that your needs are met. Up there as one of the best hosts I’ve had in my many property rentals.

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is well appointed, clean, and right on the Piazza Barberini square which is very walkable to Trevi Fountain, The Four fountains and Piazza del Quirinale. There are many good restaurants and a grocery just steps from the door. The bed was a bit hard but we found some padding in the closet and that helped. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful! We definitely would stay here again when in Rome. Vicky was extremely helpful in sharing information with us.

Perfect for us!
This place was perfect for our family of 5! Great location and the metro was across the street. Enza was such a awesome host and amazing source of communication. She answered all of our questions from the time we booked until we got left the states. Check in could not have gone any smoother thanks to Vicky! She also was amazing. If we ever get back to Rome, we would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous location and property manager Vicky!
This apartment is located in a prime area within walking distance to many restaurants and most important tourist sites. In addition it is just steps from the metro providing easy access to all other sites. The apartment is spacious for an urban setting, is comfortable and is well stocked. The property manager is amazingly organized and helpful. We made an error - one she specifically warned us about - and yet she solved our problem with good cheer and efficiently. This is an excellent base for exploring Rome. I highly recommend. Vicky herself gets 5+ stars!

Barberini adventure
This property has one of the best locations I’ve ever had anywhere. As the picture shows you are literally steps from the Barberini Metro stop and many busses go thru Paizza Barberini allowing easy access to all parts of the city. Trevi Fountain is a 7 minute walk and the Spanish Steps are close as well. The apartment is on the 1st (US second) floor with a well functioning lift. The apartment was well equipped and maintained with all the stuff needed for a stay. I would like to say that most importantly is the great communication we had between the owners and the person they have managing the property. It can be scary not knowing what to expect when renting in a new city and not having seen the property first hand. Vicky was the absolute best in communication, contact and when our arrival time changed she was flexible enough to be there for us when we arrived. A shout-out to Vicky!!!! A great place in a great location!!!!

Great Place, So Well Managed
Very clean, enjoyable apartment. Accessible location with a small grocery nearby. Exceptional property management. Very well equipped with lots of little touches that made the stay very comfortable. Wonderful stay!
This apartment is lovely: comfortable, quiet, safe, well-appointed and convenient to attractions, cafes, restaurants, shopping -- with taxis/metro on the piazza and groceries and pharmacy less than half a block away. Check in/out and all communications were easy and efficient, and Vicky, Margot and Enza couldn't have been nicer! Margot and Vicky gave us terrific information and recommendations and were so welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!
