Hello everyone!! ^^
We welcome you in a pretty villa in the center of Fiumicino, where you can easily find bars, shops and the market on Saturdays. Just 5 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from Rome, 10 minutes from the famous ruins of ancient Ostia. Independent entrance, veranda with independent kitchen and barbecue, outdoor masonry shower. Living room with kitchenette.

A sweet hammock in the center of the garden that will cradle you for a sweet rest.

Access to a large garden with veranda where you can easily dine and dine in summer with a fantastic stone barbecue. Independent outdoor kitchen. In the back of the house there are wires to hang clothes and a delightful outside shower (I personally once inside I would not go out anymore :). You will come to a 75 sqm villa, independent entrance, totally autonomous, if you need us we are in the house next door (and we will never be disturbed, we will come to your villa. In the common room of 16 sqm you will find the kitchen corner with everything you need to make it stand alone, with an attached 40 "TV and a comfortable sofa bed that turns into 5 seconds net in a double bed. In the small corridor at the entrance you will find the dining corner with kettle and microwave.

You will feel at home!
My father Michele and my mother Enza are extremely available people for any request or help.

We do not like to pay for the cleaning costs (we offer it), in return we ask that the house be left in a decorative manner respecting the guests who will come in the days to come.

It is strictly forbidden to organize parties, birthday dinners with too many people (the structure is not suitable) stag / hen parties.

We welcome you in a pretty house in the center of Fiumicino, where you can easily find bars, shops and a market on Saturday. Great place with a phenomenal host
David’s apartment was clean, well appointed, decorated with class, and easy walking distance in numerous great restaurants by the canal. But what really made our stay special was David. We warmly greeted us and walked us around the property. He helped coordinate two different taxi rides for my family. 6-stars for David!

Had a great time staying at David's property. We we're in town on business and stayed for 6 night. Great location, 10 minute walk to over 50 restaurants. Excellent coffee bar right down the street. David was super easy to deal with and communicates in English very well.

Great apartment!
David was the best host! He met us at the apartment when we arrived, ordered us a taxi for the next morning trip to the airport, and very quicky came to fix a small issue we had with a key. The apartment is very clean and attractive; the garden area is lovely. The location was perfect -- quiet yet just a few blocks from restaurants and a quick ride to the airport. Thank you David!

We stayed in David’s apartment bc it was so close to the airport for a morning flight we had the next day. The apartment was super clean and had this beautiful courtyard. Excellent Apartment near FCO
We stayed here for a night after our cruise. Host, David, was fantastic and very accommodating for us. Apartment was very clean, beds comfortable and as advertised. AC worked great. Within easy walking distance to several markets and all the restaurants along the river. Would definitely stay again. Thanks David!

Lovely, brief stay
The owner, David, is extremely helpful and pleasant, and was happy to arrange a cab to the airport for us and answer any questions we might have had. The place is kept wonderfully clean, and is very modern and up-to-date. The decor is wonderfully eclectic and very welcoming. The layout is a little bit unusual, with the two bathrooms side-by-side and separated from the bedrooms by the living area, but that is just a wrinkle. We very much enjoyed our stay, and would heartily recommend.

Lovely property and walkable neighborhood with good restaurants. David is a gracious and responsive host! We flew in a day before our cruise departure and enjoyed quiet location for rest and conversation. Airport is nearby so taxi connection was easy and we were only an hour from our cruise port. We should have stayed longer at David’s house. Perfect location with walk-in distance to breakfast options and many dinner choices. His house is beautiful, AC was appreciated (there were 106 degrees that day), everything was very clean and the appartement was equipped with everything we needed. There is a beautiful garden also. David did above and beyond to accommodate us and responded very fast to all of our requests. Would highly recommend his place. Very close to the airport as well.

Comfy stay in a great location
If you need somewhere to stay near the airport, this property is great! We rented this property from David for a 1 night stay. We had an early flight out of FCO and had to be at the airport at approx 4 AM. Not only was the property near the airport, but it was very comfortable and the AC actually worked! We actually woke up cold in the night for the first time on our trip! David was an amazing host and even helped us schedule a taxi pickup for 4 am to get us to the airport on time. I wish we could have had more time there to relax and enjoy his patio area!

A True Gem
The apartment is gorgeous, elegant, spacious, quiet, and clean, including a wonderful patio. David is by far the most generous, kind, warm and caring host we've encountered. He went out of his way to ensure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable, guiding us to a delicious restaurant, helping us get there (thanks for that ride!) and arranging our taxi to the airport. Event better than expected
The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and quiet -- just what we needed. It's a very nice, large space with a beautiful courtyard. We parked right outside the door. David was very responsive to our emails. Because my daughter wasn't feeling well when we reached Fiumicino, I reached out to ask about an early check in. He couldn't have been more accommodating. Within a half-hour, he met us at the apartment, showed us the space, and let us in 2.5 hours earlier than the normal check-in time. He also asked us not to hesitate to reach out, if we needed anything.

Wish We Stayed Longer!
We travelled through FCO to fly home with our daughter (18) & son (21) plus their Grandma. From the start, David was extremely friendly, responsive & helpful. He graciously added Grandma to the booking after we’d already confirmed our numbers and made sure he had enough beds ready for everyone. David’s place is very close to FCO (+/-10 mins) but the taxi lineup was hours long. David very patiently took the time to help us organize a taxi to his home, for which we were very grateful after a very long and tiring day of travel. David’s place was such a welcome sanctuary to arrive to. A peaceful garden with hammock seats and outdoor eating area (with lights!) welcomes you and the suite is outfitted with everything anyone could possibly need for a comfortable stay. A fully equipped kitchen and table for 6, 2 (!) full bathrooms, a washing machine, and 3 bedrooms! Also a sofa bed in the living area, so we had one bedroom with a queen bed, two with single beds + the queen sized sofa bed…. Perfect for our stay! Every part of the suite & garden are charmingly decorated, making for a very cozy and homey stay. You can tell the care and love David & his family put into hosting people in their home. There are several stores & restaurants close by for food and drink. We didn’t have the chance to explore further. Sadly, as with most guests it seems, we only booked for 1 night to be near FCO, but regretted not staying longer to truly relax & enjoy. Grazie mille, David & family! ♥️

Charming stay minutes from the Rome International Airport
We had such a great stay at David’s property. He was kind enough to open up his rental while out of town and put us in touch with his family who lives next-door to take care of checking us in and making sure we were comfortable and situated. His parents were absolutely fabulous And both my dad my sister and I all fell in love with them. David’s mom even went as far as to walk us down the street to show us the best coffee shop and pizza place in the area. Talk about Italian hospitality! The rental was equipped with more than we had expected. Fresh bottles of water for us in the fridge, great bedding and towels, and everything was super clean. Of course we had wanted to stay at this location as it was so close to airport for our international flight the next day, but wanted a beautiful backyard to enjoy during the day at the end of a two-week trip when we knew we would be exhausted. We fully enjoyed the backyard in the loungers and enjoyed the beautiful string lights in the evening in the backyard before the mosquitoes came out. Our family all said, make sure to leave a great review for this place. David was very good about communicating with me ahead of time and like I said, was kind enough to open up his home to us even when he be blocked off the time frame for his personal holiday. Spacious, quiet stay close to airport.
Our host, David, met us as we arrived and explained everything about the apartment. The apartment itself was super clean, quiet and comfortable. The Asian themed decor was lovely and warm. David’s communication with us was spot on. We were only able to stay one night as we were leaving back to the states the next day. David also arranged a taxi ride to the airport for us! I would highly recommend staying at this very comfortable home!
