Recently renovated by a well-known Roman interior designer, it consists of a large bedroom, made unique by the indoor whirlpool, and two modern bathrooms with large showers. Complete the property a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and a kitchenette. Each room is equipped with a 43 "smart TV and air conditioning system as well as autonomous heating via radiators.

What an amazing stay in Rome!
From the moment that we booked with Marzia she worked with us to set up all the logistics of getting to her lovely apartment. She helped us order transportation to the place as well as a taxi to pick us up at the end of our trip. The place was huge, had everything we needed to make us feel at home. The apartment was super clean and we loved the terrace. The bed was very comfortable and it was a quiet neighborhood with a grocery store across the street We also ate several times at Bibi’s right beside our building. It was the perfect location and the taxi stand to get transportation while in Rome was about an eight minute walk. We definitely want to come back and this is the place that we would stay in again. Marzia was the PERFECT hostess.

Great apartment for staying in Rome!
The apartment was exactly what we needed for staying in Rome. It was so close to the metro so we could easily get to all the sites we were visiting. The host left maps and suggestions for great places to eat. We tried them at least three and she was spot on! We also enjoyed the tub with the jets for feet after long tour day! Highly suggest!

We enjoyed our stay and plan to return to this location. It is in the relatively quiet Prati neighborhood but everything is easily accessed via bus, metro, taxi and walking.

Perfect Location in Prati
The apartment was as presented, and in a great location. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was fairly quiet for a city. This apartment is close to the Metro. We purchased a one-week ticket which made it convenient to navigate Rome. The Vatican is within walking distance. There also many good restaurants, gelato shops, coffee bars and stores, nearby. We greatly appreciate the taxi arrangement to and from the airport. We would stay here again.

Beautiful apartment in great neighborhood. Directly across the street from a great market with about 10 nice restaurants within a few blocks and 3 gelato places. ApArtment was well taken care of and Mariza was super helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and renovated, good location , patio and ac. Market and shops across the street. Near Vatican and metro. Picture looks like 2 beds but it has one large bedroom and living room with nice sofa bed . This worked well for 2 adults 2 kids. 2 nice bathrooms . 1 Mile to down town if you chose to walk. Overall quite nice, secure building .

This apartment was our absolute favorite during our two week tour of Italy. From the property manager who was excellent in communication and making sure we had everything we needed, to the location which was perfect for us! The beds were comfortable and the showers were amazing after the hot days exploring the city. It was perfect!! We would definitely stay again if we were to visit in the future.

Fantastic stay
We had a fantastic stay in Prati. Marzia is a wonderful host. She arranged for airport pick up and drop off (60 euros one way with cc) met us upon arrival and showed us around the apt. She also gave us info about restaurants etc and was extremely helpful and pleasant. The location is great and in walking distance to the metro with a supermarket across the street. We loved the patio and the chance to drink coffee in the morning and wine in the evening there. The gelato store two blocks down is a must try!

The apartment was just as described, cleaned, spacious, had all the necessities ready. Marzia was super helpful, she met us when we arrived and arranged transportation for us twice. Lovely apartment in Prati
We liked the location of the apartment. It was a short stroll from 2 tube stations or you can walk to Rome centre in about 30 minutes. The Vatican was nearby and a great food market was about 10 minutes walk away. The aparment itself was up one flight of stairs and very secure. Keys and codes for access and a doorman on duty although the neighbourhood felt very safe. The apartment was clean and beautifully appointed. The bathrooms were modern with great showers. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen area was quite small but adequate for the few times we cooked there. Some of the cooking utensils could do with being upgraded and the lack of condiments was an issue although the owner did kindly leave us a bottle of olive oil. The terrace was in the well of the apartment block and was covered over to maintain privacy. When we were there Rome was unseasonably hot and the terrace was perfect to sit out most of the day but would not be suitable for sunbathing. The owner was very helpful and made sure we were happy with everything.

Very comfortable and relaxing apartment
This is a really good apartment. The location was good. Close to the vatican and other attractions. The patio was lovely and a great place to drink coffee in the mornings and wine at night. Excellent bed. King size and comfortable. Great bathrooms. Great showers. Good pressure. Don't do simultaneous showers though. The tankless water heater can't keep up with so much water going through it so it gets chilly. One at a time though and you can shower hot forever if you want. Good host. Communicative and responsive and helpful. Honestly - couldn't ask for more.
