horrible check in process
Flight arrived after 8 but our room was guaranteed for late arrival, no answer so walked around town trying to find new hotel for the night. Next day went to check in at 230 and no answer again so had to turn on phone and call them and they said they were not there and had to make an appointment so now they would head over to us. NO WHERE on the booking does it say if arriving between check in hours to make an appointment. The only positive was the room itself was decent and the beds were comfortable. Would not recommend to a friend as very inconvenient and would not stay again.
