The staff were super friendly and the hotel rooms were basic but very clean. The cleaning staff do an amazing job! They served a continental breakfast which was a nice way to start the day. The hotel is located half a block from Roma Termini station which is convenient for train travel but in a little “rough around the edges” area. But if you go two streets down you have incredible restaurants, gift shops and bakeries. I would happily stay here again.

Excellent staff, very welcoming and caring. The room was very small for the price, and it was different from the picture on Expedia. Need to improve cleaning and breakfast. Bad smell coming from the bathroom and too noisy at night.

Staff were nice, however, property is so dirty, you will get sick after one night, believe me. The soap was spit, there was no tissues, never go there ever, never, ever, never.

The hotel serves the purpose I wanted, location close to termini, and cheap! Free breakfast was good, hotel was safe, but the beds were rock hard and the cleanliness was fair. I’ve stayed in better, but I would have no problem staying here again or recommending it to a friend on a budget.

DISGUSTING... STAY AWAY!!
I have travelled to Rome before and stayed at MUCH better hotels at better prices. I have also travelled to Colombia, Turkey, Greece, Canada, etc. This is by far the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. 1 - The hotel is on the 5th and 6th floor only, BUT the elevator only goes to the 5th, so you have to carry your luggage to the 6th floor. 2 - The bathroom sink does not drain. 3 - The floor in the room has never been cleaned or mopped. It was filthy and sticky. 4 - The walls in the room are dirty/scuffed and have not been painted in years. 5 - The TV in room is the size of iPad. 6 - There are many undesirable people outside of the hotel and it felt unsafe. 7 - No control for A/C unit. 8 - The pictures online are a false representation of what we experienced...

It is an inexpensive hotel with friendly staff. If you’re looking for a Marriott, you will not be pleased. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place at a decent price a d friendly staff , with free breakfast and (decent) wifi, you will be pleased

The location was perfect, a stone's throw from the station and walkable from all the main sites, only 20 mins from the Colosseum. The room was clean and the shower was good. The rooms are on 5th floor and there is one lift but it all works fineand wewould stay here again. Coffee and breakfast were also decent.

Very basic hotel, room badly in need of re-decorating. No fridge in room and tiny shower. Room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Walking distance to train and bus station, supermarket and resturants.

However, the door lock happened to be broken, and there was no way to open the door directly by pressing the bell. The whole process is in Italian. The other party is not used to using translation software, so you need to be patient to check in.）

I'll go through the pros and cons. Pros are location and the front desk personnel tried to be helpful. Cons, the stench that hits your nose when you walked in to where the elevator was smelled like an open sewer. Rooms were not cleaned, floor was never mopped but the beds were made everyday. Would not give us an extra sheet nor did they change the sheets until the 4th or 5th day. AC unit worked poorly. Shower was too small could not bend over to wash my legs without hitting my head on a wall. Breakfast was extremely limited.

Please note this is more of a pension than a hotel. it is in a shared building with two floors (5th and 6th) I did not know you had to leave the key room each time you leave the hotel. As for the area, it is very convenient literally one block away from Termini. There’s restaurants everywhere so that’s good. But is not the cleanest safest place in Rome

If you want to get mugged then this is your hotel. Your safe once you're inside but getting inside is dependent on pressing an intercom button and by the time they answer you've literally lost your mobile phone and wallet. Room was very basic and in poor condition. Staff were helpful in finding me a hospital to get my injured hand looked at after the mugging.
