Rione MontiHoliday Home is very well located, in the central area halfway between the Spanish Steps and the Colosseum, in a quiet street.
Here you can rest after a long day of walking.
The area, the high ceiling, the cozy and familiar atmosphere, the attention to detail in the choice of equipment,
make it comfortable and suitable for everyone, from singles to families, to couples looking for an intimate environment, to couples of friends.
200 meters from the Metro and 500 meters from the Termini station.

Rione Monti Holiday Home is an accommodation consisting of:
Ā - A large, comfortable living room with a sofa bed, also double, spacious and comfortable. (200x160).
- a kitchen in line, equipped with a wide range of pots, pots and appliances.
- The bathroom which has a spacious mosaic-decorated shower
Ā - The sleeping area on a mezzanine with a bed of size 200x160

Ā Heating and air conditioning are independent so they can be adjusted to suit your needs.
Those traveling with small children will find, if desired, a suitable cot and a stroller.
Present shampoo / shower gel, soap and essential.
Possibility to order food products or drinks to be found upon arrival.
On request I organize the transfer to and from the airport.
The street in which it is located is particularly quiet and not noisy as it ends on a flight of steps that does not allow the transit of cars but only the stop.


There are USB ports for charging PCs and smartphones.
At home you will enjoy free WI-FI to surf the web without limits and stay in touch with your friends, family or colleagues.
The password will be provided upon your arrival so you can connect your devices immediately.

From Termini Station the house can be reached on foot going down Via Cavour or with a metro stop (Line B towards Laurentina, Cavour stop)


I personally welcome my guests, so that they can immediately become familiar with the house and how much is contained in it.
I live nearby and my guests can count on me for every need.
I'm available by phone if my guests need support or want to receive information on services, restaurants and much more. I can book restaurants in advance for special events or guided tours to museums not provided with websites

Activities in the area: It is practically possible to walk to almost all the monuments of Rome.
In particular, the Colosseum and the archaeological area of ā€‹ā€‹the Roman Forums and the Mercati Traianei.
Joggers can take advantage of the beautiful Colle Oppio park which offers one of the most beautiful views of the city.
Piazza di Spagna and the Trevi Fountain are conveniently reachable on foot or with only three stops of the shuttle bus that with its circular route connects all the most important squares of the historic center.

Services and entertainment: The area is full of very original shops, you can find handicrafts and interesting small boutiques.
The evening comes alive thanks to the clubs (restaurants, wine bars, cafƩs and wine shops) that allow you to spend pleasant evenings.
For those who love a more domestic life there are several supermarkets where you can buy quality products to taste at home.

When in Rome
The location was perfect for walking to all the key tourist areas, tons of restaurants within minutes of the property. Emanuela was super helpful and answered all the questions we had. We took the Leonardo Express train from the airport to Tremini Station and walked to the property.

Rome for Two
This little apartment was perfect for us (once we got used to the loft bed). Our host Gabriella was great. She met us earlier than expected and let us into her neat, clean, well equipped apartment. Coffee pod machine was a nice touch. Guide books to puruse and an info folder she had compiled was very helpful and meant we dined and wined at some great spots we might not have discovered. Easy walking distance to all sites. Highly recommend!!

We loved our stay here! It was a great location for us and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. It worked out very well for us. The owner is the sweetest and had a binder of all the information you could need for the property as well as information around the area and recommendations!

Good Location and Owner is Great
The location is walkable to most of the major locations, bus, and trains. My only suggestion for taller travelers close to 6" you may want to rethink any loft style location. Other than that, it was a pleasure to stay here.

Great time in Rome and stay at Emanuelaā€™s place!
Took the train from the airport to Termini terminal and walked a few blocks to the apartment. Emanuela was great! She responded to all our questions right away and checked on us to see how we were doing. Her place is nice and clean.

Emanuela is such an awesome host... the home is accurately described in photos and writing. An awesome feature... the home is street level! No up and down with luggage or after a long day. Easy in, easy out. Close enough to both metro train and bus stations. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again.

Manu was a super nice host. Apartment was very clean and she included everything you need. Excellent shops and excellent restaurants all within 5-10-15 min stroll, and central historic area is a 20-30 min walk or inexpensive taxi ride. Grazie mille Manu!

Quick Stay in Rome
This property was perfect for a quick stay in Rome. My daughter and I were there for just two nights and the residence was within walking distance to all the major sites, easy to catch a cab to sites further away being just off a major street. The description is spot on and our host was amazing checking in with us often and responsive to all communication. I know some reviews are worried about the stairs to the loft, but we found them easy to navigate, and having the loft-style bed makes the apartment feel spacious. The bathroom and shower were terrific too. Would absolutely stay here again.

Compact and bijou apartment
The apartment is small but very well designed and comfortable. It is basically only one room but the space is space is very imaginatively used. The sitting area has a very comfortable sofa with large screen television, the dining area has a good size table and the kitchen has all you might need to prepare good meals. The bathroom has been squeezed in at one end with sink, shower, toilet and bidet - not large but more than adequate. The bed is on a craftily created mezzanine floor . Here was the only problem which required much care. The bed can only be accessed from one side and when you get out you step straight into the stairwell and the ceiling height over the bed is very low (only about four feet). Great care needs to be taken but is OK once you are used to it. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this apartment which is in an excellent location. It is near the major tourist attractions, some good cafes and the metro. It is in a very quiet street with no traffic noise. We stayed eight days - if anyone stayed longer there is a laundrette nearby. For Rome it is very competitively price and is good value.

Eccentric, Clean and Accessible
Manu was great keeping in contact with us, providing guides, advise and a welcome snack. The house was clean and in a great location to walk to a large variety of sights. There was air conditioning that worked well and we never felt unsafe getting to and from the home. There is a bar a few doors down but never heard loud music or seen any disorderly people. We would stay here if we were to go back.

Nice as described studio apartment in Rome center
Manu is a great hostess, and the apartment was 100% as described. Felt very safe in the area and everything you need is close by: food, gelato, laundry, pharmacy, veterinarian! First floor entry so no steps to climb with luggage. The steps up to the bed need careful navigation and if you sleepwalk the first step could be a shock! There are many extra amenities she privides, like maps and tour books. She checked with us about any needs several times. We enjoyed our stay! Yes there is some outside noise from activity at night. Typical city noise, but we did not hear the night club noise others have complained of, just voices, cars and bikes as people went buy. Overall very quiet for the center of Rome! We were able to access all the sights we wanted by walking or catching the metro at Cavour station. Absolutely would recommend!

The owner greeted us warmly and cheerfully with some food she bought for us at a local store. She also let us check in early. We really appreciated that. The apartment was nice but we had a few issues. When we arrived the apartment was freezing and we had to make our own bed. We couldnā€™t sleep well at night because of all the noise outside every night and into the early morning hours. What we didnā€™t know was that there was a strip club called the Blue Moon almost next door to us. We would hear all night long and into the early morning hours men and women singing, talking loudly, whistling, etc. It became to much for us! We felt like leaving early. The stairs to the loft are made out of cheap metal steel which was scary to walk on. The bed up in the loft only had a safety wire cable around the bed which didnā€™t make us feel that safe. The apartment did provide pots, pans, dishes, cups, and anything else you may need to cook your food. That part was good. She also let us leave our bags in the apartment while we took a quick tour. We appreciated that. What bothered me afterwards is she accused us of stealing a magazine just after we left the apartment. We never took anything from that apartment! Then a couple of days after that she was wanting me to give her a review. I am still on vacation and we donā€™t have time to stop everything for a review. Then today she writes us wanting to know why we asked for a security refund! We never asked for a security refund! Then she writes me and tells me no worries because she got them to reverse it.

Cosy, warm. Great location for everything.
Emanuela is a wonderful host. She has a huge guidebook which she has built up. One of its highlights is her list of little known attractions. She is also fantastic with little extras from biscuits and sweets to pasta.
