Very sun-lit apartment located on the 2th floor (with elevator) of an elegant old building a few meters away from Piazza Navona. It is composed of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathroom and the master bedroom has its own private sitting room. The apartment has air conditioning (in each room!) and wi-fi internet connection. It is characterized by period furniture and wooden floors.

The apartment is located at a walking distance from the major touristic attractions like Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Castel Sant’Angelo, San Peter’s Basilica and Colosseum and is well connected to all areas of Rome by public transportation (bus stops and taxi stands are easily accessible). The bus stop is just around the corner of the building with direct links to Termini railway station, San Pietro, Coliseum, Campidoglio, Quirinale and so on.

The neighborhood offers a range of fashionable shops and characteristic eating places, (trattorias, pizzerias, wine bars….) where typical Roman cuisine can be enjoyed so that visitors will really feel part of the atmosphere of old Rome.

Restaurants, trattorie and pizzerie, supermarkets, groceries & bakeries are just around the corner and a fascinating open air fresh food market is held every morning in the medieval Campo de’Fiori square a few steps away from the apt.

Nearby there are also, pharmacies, art galleries, antique shops, book-stores, banks with ATM machines, travel agencies, post offices and tourist information points.

Great Location
We stayed here in early August. The place is as described, nice to have 2 full bathrooms and lots of room. The location is ideal, walking distance to all major attractions in Rome. Many restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores are very close. Communication was great and we were met when we checked in and given a list of recommendations for the area. All in a great experience and would recommend it.

Great Stay in Rome
The apartment was perfectly located to be able to walk to almost all the sites. The host was helpful in arranging transfers, much cheaper than the "travel" sites. My only complaint is that the showers are a tad small (but then again, I am 6'4" and 260 lbs). Anway, it was an enjoyable stay in Rome.

Just finished up a 5 week stay at Andrea's wonderful apartment in Rome. We used this as our base of operations and it was a great choice. With two bedrooms, each with a bathroom, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room, we had plenty of space for the occasional family member and friends to visit with us for a few days. The location was great, being essentially right in between Campo De Fiori, and the Navona district. You can walk and/or take the bus to just about anywhere you can think of. The apartment itself is lovely and well represented by the photos shown online. Certainly was a 5 star adventure for us!

As my husband keeps saying, “Can you give a place 6 stars?!” The apartment is so beautiful, and the location could not have been better. It is a lovely traditional appartment with great character. Our host was great, providing fantastic information about the area and sights to visit. It is in a great location for local bars and restraurants. Our host was great and helped with booking airport transfers and with arranging our extra nights stay when our return flights were changed.

Perfect Rome Location

Excellent experience and location
We absolutely loved the property! Even though there was an accidental error with the booking- on my part- Andrea was so helpful in helping us correct it. There was plenty of room with 4 adults and 2 kids under 8. Andrea hired us a car from the airport and back plus had plenty of information about local restaurants and things to do. We were able to walk to all the major locations and also had a taxi spot around the corner.

Hospitality at its best!
The property was perfect for our adult family in terms of spacious accommodation, warm, comfortable and beautifully furnished rooms, making us feel very special. Andrea was so helpful with guides, basics for us to be able to make the most our visit. Lots of little extras such as adapters so we could get straight into our holiday. The location is perfect to explore Rome, with plenty of local amenities. We followed many recommendations which were invaluable. We shall be returning!

The apartment is beautiful and in great condition. It is ideally located - we walked to all the sites and shopping. We were late arriving because of delayed flights but our host was there to meet us. The tourist information provided was the best I've ever seen. Recommendations were spot on! We did run out of dish soap and toilet paper and there were not many towels e.g. we each got one hand towel, and one bath towel - there were no bidet towels.

Beautiful Apartment in Rome
Our party of four adults were extremely satisfied with our stay in Andrea's apartment. We booked for three nights prior to a transatlantic cruise. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and the location is perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Rome. The beds were very comfortable and having a kitchen and washing machine was very convenient. It was an easy walk to many attractions, restaurants, and bakeries. Andrea is a great host and was very responsive and helpful when we missed our connecting flight from Heathrow to Rome airport. We highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

When in Rome
Any time you travel to a foreign country, there's at least a small sense of "what if something goes wrong?" Well, ALL THANKS TO ANDREA, LITERALLY EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! From the first message sent, Andrea always answered promptly replied. I didn't expect for him to, but when I inquired about transportation, tours, etc, he offered to arrange everything and all was at a very fair price. He arranged transportation from the airport to the apartment, then to Nettuno Cemetery, around town, and to the cruise dock when it was time to leave... And the driver brought us Right where the ship was! His assistance with travel was so greatly appreciated and everything was just as he said it would be. The accomodations were so lovely. What a beautiful home with everything you could need for a stay in Rome There was a lift so that my parents didn't have to navigate stairs, and the building has the most secure locks I've ever seen - literally looks like safe bolts. Each room has separate adjustable heat/air. The property is among all the city life, just steps from the town centers, but also there are so many restaurants right outside the door less than a 1 minute walk away! And yet it was quiet in the apt! The taxi stand is right around the corner and, if needed, there are always taxis there waiting. Andrea, thank you so much for being the most wonderful host. Nothing could have been better. It was all so perfect and just as you said it would be.

Lovely apartment in a great location
This lovely, roomy and comfortable apartment is full of art and books. It is in a great location between Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navona. We also walked to the Colosseum/Forum, St. Peter's Basilica/Vatican and Trastevere. Andrea was a great host and provided a much-appreciated Vacation Guide notebook. We felt like we were staying in someone's home. We enjoyed listening to his CD's after a long day of sightseeing. He arranged for our transport from the airport and back to the airport with a service that was on-time and friendly.

My daughter and I recently spent 11 days at Andrea’s flat; it was everything I could have hoped for in a property. The master bedroom (with an en suite bathroom) has a lovely sitting room and can be closed off from the rest of the unit. The second bedroom (with another en suite bathroom!) is charming and light-filled. There is a generously sized living room with a couch/sofa bed and a separate full kitchen in another part of the apartment. The unit is very clean and well maintained. The building (with a lift) is quintessential Roman. This is a very walkable neighborhood with endless restaurants, winding cobblestone streets perfect for wandering, and picturesque small locally-owned shops. A market is one block away for food/wine/necessities. One building away is a great breakfast & coffee shop (Barnum) with welcoming staff. Upon booking Andrea provides a guide to the area, restaurant suggestions, the “how to” on purchasing bus tickets and instructions for using the bus to reach the most popular sites in Roma. You can also use your Uber app to order a cab — the fares are very reasonable and provide a great way to get to dinner/back from other areas of the city. Andrea and his assistant responded to every message and checked to be sure we had all we needed once we arrived. I truly enjoyed Rome from this base and would definitely book here again.

Great location and comfortable spot for (2) couples or family of 4-5. Lovely living room to relax after long day of touring. En-suite bathrooms were perfect. Kitchen on other side of bedrooms with a door so no noise if up early. Can’t beat location! Host was very attentive.
