This hotel is in a great position and walking distance from the Pantheon and Trevi fountain. Shops and restaurants and cafes literally outside the front door which is very handy after a long day of sightseeing. The property itself was unstaffed and is self check in. Details are sent prior to arrival and all went smoothly. We had a very nice clean room and decor is nice too. Only downside in my opinion was there was no view outside the bedroom window, just looked out onto ac units and the backs of other properties which made it very dark inside. Having said that, it’s in Rome so you don’t go there to sit in your room! Would definitely visit again as very convenient location.

The hotel was in the heart of activity and walkable to major attractions. Quiet at night. Our stay was clean and comfy. Drawbacks were the huge flight of stairs with luggage and complicated door locks combinations to enter the building. But if safety is a priority, I will take 3 safety locks to be secure.

The rooms are large and beautiful. Autonomous check in. The only caveat is there is no elevator, so if you have luggage, then 45 steep steps is difficult . If you are young and fit, no problem. Located a couple hundred feet from the Pantheon, so lots of dining, and easy to get a taxi. The owners are very gracious and accommodating

Had to pay a city tax before getting the door codes. Ok. But with no front desk they have to respond instantly or you can get very anxious. Door knobs are coded and it takes a little learning. Other than that really nice

It has the perfect location, clean and comfortable room. Great restaurants, shops, Pantheon, etc. Thankfully we only had carry on luggage, which was perfect to fetch up the 2 flights of stairs. We did not mind the 2 flights at all. But, if you have large & heavy luggage, this could an issue as there is no elevator. The power went out for a few hours and because of that there was no hot water. The staff did not inform us prior to check-in, even though there were power outage notices posted and they were aware. We would stay here again since it was very clean and a great location.

It was very difficult to find, a door in a blank wall with an 8.5*12” sign! Our luggage was in the room and the second of 3 locked doors wouldn’t open 1 phone dead and the second almost dead trying to solve it with a code for the second way to open the door they didn’t provide!

Lovely, renovated, large, quiet and clean property in the heart of it all. On a lovely side street close to serveral amenities just outside your door yet extremely quiet. We really enjoyed our short time there. I would definitely go again.

Very nice room and bathroom and in a very convenient area but you need to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to your room and if you have luggage there is no one there to help. We had to call management to help us carry our bags down when we checked out and make a special arrangements they were not going to until I complained so make sure you ask for help with bags before you book

Great location in the centre of the city. Literally a street away from pantheon and streets leading to all main sights of Rome. The property was perfect with an entrance and view onto the Main Street. Comfy beds and very clean. We were able to leave our luggage in reception area at check out until later in the day as we had a late flight. As a consideration. This is an unmanned property. We did encounter an issue where the upper door handle into the apartment block was broken and we could not get in at 11pm using the key code. Another guest responded to our banging and let us in. They also had difficulty opening the door. The door was then left open/ adjar as it’s clearly an issue. Not a security risk as all other Doors into apartments have secure locks but could have resulted in us being locked out all night! Hopefully this is now fixed as we did have to contact the staff at the time to see if they could get someone locally to let us in?

This place was perfect location to everything, the room was so much larger than I expected the pictures do not do it justice for a standard room and had everything you needed. I would recommended this to anyone travelling to Rome, we will definitely be visiting again!
