Renovated and air-conditioned apartment with a living terrace centrally located on the third floor of a period building with a doorman and a tree-lined courtyard a few minutes walk from San Pietro / Musei Vaticani. 150 meters from the Lepanto metro station and 50 meters from the taxi station. Bus stop in front. Free WiFi (fiber optic), washing machine and iron. Apartment composed of: living room with 2 single sofa beds, 2 double bedrooms with TV and Sky, 2 bathrooms with shower, living terrace, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and coffee / moka machine / American coffee including waffles and blend for American machine. Delightful stay in Rome
Arrived at the apartment and Donata, owner, was waiting for us. Donata spent time with us going over the highlights of Rome, including where to eat, how to get around the city whether it be via Metro, taxi or walking around the city and taking it in. The apartment is tastefully decorated and had great amenities. Great location. I highly recommend staying here. Donata was quick to respond to my texts/emails. She made arrangements for us to have a driver to pick us up and take us to the airport.

Once in a lifetime opportunity for us to go to Rome. Donata the host was amazing from first contact to the end of our stay! She answered all of our questions and was a wealth of information! Short stay in Rome after cruise
Donata was a very gracious host, always communicating with me, helping us to secure a driver, and she spent time with us at check-in to give us essential information about the area. We had two couples staying in the apartment. There was plenty of room and privacy for us. The apartment was spotless and attractive, with thoughtful amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The location was central to many of the sites and we were able to walk to many of our destinations. There was a small grocery market, a couple of restaurants, a bank across the street, and a taxi pickup a short walkable distance away. Every morning there was an open-air market on the street below the apartment that opened at 7:00 am. We never heard noises from the set-up or cleanup - a testament to the soundproofing of the apartment - and we enjoyed shopping for bargains there. I highly recommend this apartment!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Donata is a kind and helpful host and on arrival, spent 30 minutes of her time showing us the neighborhood and giving us advice on enjoying Rome. Her apartment is absolutely immaculate, and the kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a meal in your new home in Rome. There’s a grocery across the street and a wonderful open-air market next to the apartment where we bought fruits, vegetables, and sweaters. The Lepanto Metro stop is close by. We walked all over Rome from this location and loved it. Thank you, Donata, for your hospitality and kindness! You are a wonderful host!

Excellent Home away from Home!
We were in Rome for 4 nights and had many activities planned during our stay. This apartment is perfect in so many ways. The location is excellent.. just a short walk from the metro which takes you almost everywhere. There are grocery stores and restaurants right there - and a daily market! It was perfect for two couples- with each bedroom and bathroom allowing privacy for each couple. The terrace was wonderful and we enjoyed time visiting with wine after each great day in Rome. It was very clean and roomy. We loved our stay and I highly recommend renting from Donata

Great apartment in excellent location
The convenience of the location was wonderful! Grocery store across the street, cozy bar 1/2 block away, morning market in the alley below provided wonderful fruits and vegetables! The outside covered terrace area made a great place for wine and conversation. Donata was very thorough in giving us information and directions and quick to respond to questions. Apartment was compact with a great use of space, making it seem much bigger! This is a place we would gladly return to!

Excellent Base of Operations
The apartment is in an excellent location with easy access to the Metro, taxis, grocery stores and restaurants. We walked to sites like the Vatican, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Our host Donata was extremely helpful and well organized. She helped with transportation from the airport and had a wide range of suggestions for local restaurants, etc. I highly recommend staying at this location.

Perfect place in perfect location
My daughter and me had a great time here. There were several nice restaurants close by and we visited all of the Vatican sites. Plus, we visited several other key sites in Rome. We were able to walk almost everywhere but we were also able to make good use of subway passes and the express train to the airport. Totally enjoyed ourselves. The hosts were great. Very welcoming and helpful with lots of suggestions. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional in all ways
This apartment was all we wanted and more. We don't mind walking so the 1/2 hour walk to the Vatican was no issue. If you prefer, the bus stop is right outside the door, the subway is around the corner as is the tram. 1 bedroom is on the inner quiet courtyard, the other overlooks the small farmer's market that has excellent fresh and ripe fruits, my daughter was not bothered by the noise in the AM. We arrived late and chose the restaurant just outside, I suggest avoiding it. Overall, this is a great apartment.

This was a spacious apartment with excellent facilities in a beautiful building. Beds were comfortable, check in was excellent with loads of advice, balconies were great. Fantastic Communication
Flying to Rome from USA meant a late arrival, Donata accommodated us, with an arrival of 10PM. For first timers to Rome, well, she couldn't have been more helpful. She gave us an excellent overview, and we quickly realized we were in good hands, and our 3 day stay would have been better at 5-7 days as it was such a comfortable location, with access to all of Rome's opportunities. In addition, we had a personal issue with one of three bags being lost, and Donata was able to handle the communication with the services that should have returned the luggage rather quickly, but it turned out with the May 1st holiday, that we would have to wait until our last day in Rome. Fortunately, Donata was in contact with the delivery services and we received our last piece of luggage about an hour before we left for Sorrento. Fantastic place, and definitely recommend staying for 5 days minimum. I hear she is booked through November, so good luck finding a space on your calendar.

A treasure find for a stay in Rome!
We loved everything about this property. It’s beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and well stocked. The terrace is an absolute gem. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. Donata’s advice was also very helpful for us. She is very well organized and we appreciated her tips on dining (especially the local specialties) and sightseeing. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

This is the perfect apartment for your stay in Rome. Close enough to everything, with taxi stand and metro stop nearby, but a quieter neighborhood for restful nights and evenings. The apartment is well stocked, has firm and comfortable beds, and a wonderful host. You'll love it here.
