An excellent location, close to the Rome central train station (Roma termini) check in was surprisingly easy given that there was no staff. Our room was clean and tidy, everything we needed was there: towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and lotion. And the staff are very responsive to our messages.

We stayed 3 nights at the property. Is is an easy self check-in with clear instructions. There is coffee, water, a small kitchen, cookies and breakfast included. This is really cool! Though it didn't make up for the room. It looked like it hadn't been used in ages with dust everywhere (the sheets, the towels, on the lamps, the tables,..) and a window that didn't close properly. The most dusty room I have ever been to and not clean either. There are many things not well finished and it looked like a quick fix room just to make money. We complained about this and the next day the room got cleaned in a proper way (thank you!), Netflix worked again and we got a compensation (which was really nice). We appreciate the easy communication and compensation but the overall experience was not good.

This was an excellent place to stay at! The room was spacious, comfortable, and full of everything we needed. It was an especially nice touch that they provided a bottle of prosecco for us since we are on our honeymoon :) thanks for a great stay!

The view to the park, from the rooms, is beautiful. Location is very convenient, close to Termini station and several interesting places. Staff is attentive and polite. The shower wasn’t great. Other than that, pretty good.

Charming location near some amazing restaurants and even a salumeria around the corner with a wide range of meats, cheeses and wine. Close to bus and metro stations. Walking distance to shopping and other conveniences, including about half a mile walk to Rome Termini train station. The room was clean and comfortable. We recommend this lovely property!

This was a wonderful place to stay while in Rome. It is clean and comfortable. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome with snacks in your room and the lobby. Management responded quickly and efficiently with our requests. It is close to bus stops, train station and Metro (10 minute walk or less). They have an area you can store your luggage, which was very helpful on our last day. I highly recommend it.

I stayed at the hotel from 21 till 25 of june. I recommend this hotel if you want to be near almost everything and also the main terminal station. The hotel was great, the staff are very helpful and friendly.
