The elegant apartment of 75 square meters (net) with antique wooden ceilings, has been completely renovated.
Located on the third floor (no elevator) of a building of 1600 in the historic center of Rome.

The apartment is located in a closed traffic area and overlooks the small square called Largo dei Librari, with the beautiful church of Santa Barbara, the year 1306, 50 meters from Campo de 'Fiori.

 A few steps from all the main monuments and museums of the city, such as Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Tiber Island, Trastevere, Jewish Ghetto, Piazza Venezia, the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, the Teatro Marcello, the Bocca della Verità, Via del Corso, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza San Pietro, the Vatican Museums, Castel Sant'Angelo and much more.

Cannot beat the location!!!
This location is truly the best! We walked everywhere! Furthest is the vatican and borghese but still only about 30-40 min easy walking. Will need a taxi from the airport or the train station but the host was a dream to work with in cooridnating these for us. When you are tired at the end of the day you also have delicious resturaunts footsteps from the door. Great stay and excellent communication from the host! Thank you!!

Stairs were challenging with luggage, especially for older folks!. No lift available. Superb location. Close to Campo de Fiori, great restaurants, food market and groceries, and local attractions. Owner was very responsive and extremely helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport

Quaint flat in a fantastic location
The flat was within walking distance to everything. Right outside your door was a cafe that turns into a bar at night and a pizzeria. Shopping is right there as well. One block away is Market at Campo de Fiori with tons of restaurants and a farmers market that has been around for 400 years. We walked absolutely everywhere. The courtyard can get quite loud in the later evenings but we knew that and brought a small white noise machine and it worked perfectly. Francesca was an amazing host. Communication was impeccable and she even organized private rides from the cruise ship to the flat as well as to the airport when we left. It was so nice not having to think about that. Luggage storage is a block and a half away so that was extremely convenient. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Great stay, perfect location!
Our family of four stayed here in July and it was perfect. It was a million degrees outside, but Francesca's apartment had the best air conditioning of any place we stayed during our three weeks in Italy. The location couldn’t have been better. And the older, historic features of the apartment were really cute. Francesca was very responsive. We would stay here again if we were back in Rome!

Amazing location, little slice of heaven
Stayed five nights with our family of four, two adult kids, and couldn’t have been happier. Location to most of the sites you’d want to see or close access to public transportation. Yes, it’s on a third floor but being close to local outdoor market, restaurants, gelato, and the best little coffee shop just outside your door makes it all worth it. Francesca, our host, was in contact and accessible the whole time. Can’t recommend this spot enough

Roman charm for a family stay close to top sites
The unit size and location in a traffic free inlet walkable to every top Rome attraction was ideal for our family. The unit itself gave us a nice introduction to Rome - beamed ceilings, decorations, etc. Beds were comfortable and there's ample bathroom space for a family of 4. We did not use the kitchen to cook but there were supplies if we had. A big thank you to Francesca for being a helpful and patient host!

Clean and comfortable, charming apartment up 4 flights of steps. Francesca was very communicative leading up to our stay and helpful in arranging transportation to the train station. Be aware transportation cannot pick up directly at your door, but in a neighboring square a short walk away with your luggage. Location was great! Would recommend as we had a wonderful stay!

Great location in a lovely piazza. Nice cafe below for early morning coffee. Within close walking distance to everything. Yes there are three flights of stairs but the exercise did us good!!
