Francesca, our host, quickly responded to all questions and was great in setting up transportation to/from the airport. The location is fantastic with nearby groceries and restaurants. Walkable to many attractions. The accommodations were spacious for three of us with a bonus of two bathrooms. Highly recommended!

My husband and I were traveling with our extended family for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We started our 3 week trip in Rome with 11 and ended our trip in this lovely apartment with just the two of us! The apartment has been beautifully remodeled. We loved that we each had our own bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. Francesca was wonderful to work with. She arranged a driver to and from the airport for us. Her communication was outstanding. We loved the place and the location! Literally steps from the Trevi Fountain and our fave restaurant in Rome - Pizza in Trevi. It was clean and had the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Heart of the hustle and bustle
A wonderful apartment right in the heart of it all. Lucky to be a few steps from the fountain and short walks to the coliseum or the Borghese. Spacious, clean, and convenient. Hosts were friendly and prompt. Sad to leave but excited to return again.

The air conditioning worked well and it was relatively quiet given the busy neighborhood it is in. Absolutely wonderful property in the heart of Rome!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. We were able to walk to every attraction, including Vatican City. The location can’t be matched! The apartment was super clean and comfortable with excellent air-conditioning and laundry facilities. The sound proofing is great as well and we did not hear anything from the busy street below. We would encourage stocking up on a couple more toiletry items (such as moisturizer and shampoo/ conditioner). We would love to stay here again the next time we are in Rome!

Perfect location
Stayed 3 nights with family in this apartment. Apartment is clean comes with 2 bathrooms. A/C works great and beds(including sofa) are comfortable. It's close to Trevi and lots of restaurants in the street. Our host Francesca is very responsive and helpful during check-in/check-out. She even arranged taxi to Termini station early morning on the checkout day . I highly recommend.

Lovely renovated unit perfectly located near Trevi Fountain and Pantheon and easily walkable to Forum/Colosseum. While in a central area, the apartment was very quiet. Host is very helpful and responsive to questions. Organized transportation for us from airport when we arrived and to train station as we were leaving. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect in every way
My wife and I have stayed in quite a few VRBO’s in the US and around the world, but none have had a more responsive, professional and courteous Premier host than Francesca. From our very first booking contact and all my questions there after, she responded with helpful suggestions and guidance. Francesca arranged for a transfer to the airport for us. She is a gem! As you would hope the apartment was every bit as perfect as Francesca! The perfect location for sightseeing, shopping, eating and getting a late night gelato. Spacious, clean and so comfortable. The bed was perfect, two bathrooms one with a bidet and both very good showers, a comfortable living room and dining area. A complete kitchen, with clean utensils, dishes and glassware. A great clothes washer and a drying rack and iron—my wife loved it. Plenty of drawers and closet space. Safe and secure the apartment is just steps from all you could want. We would definitely stay here again. I know you won’t be disappointed. Francesca even provides you some Italian recipes, besides great shopping and eating recommendations.There is some street noise, but with the windows closed it’s very quiet and it didn’t bother us at all. Enjoy, we know you will!

Although the apt is steps from Trevi and the street outside is very busy and noisy, once you walk inside the apt with windows closed, you literally can hear nothing, it is like an oasis from the action outside...complete sound proof.

The apartment was exactly as advertised and Francesca was very responsive including arranging for a driver to pick us up at the airport and one back to the airport at 7 AM the morning we left. As others have indicated, it is a very busy street with a lot of noise, but the windows are very well insulated to dampen the sound. We did use our phone for white noise to sleep and that worked extremely well. You can walk to just about every major attraction from the apartment and that is exactly what we did during our stay. We can definitely recommend staying at Francesca’s apartment!

What a great rental!
If you are looking for a great rental in Rome, this is the property for you! The apartment is located just minutes from the Trevor and has all of the amenities that you will need in a VRBO. Communication with Francesca was easy and she is the best VRBO host we have ever had. From arraigning a taxi from the airport to be very responsive to all of our questions, she was great! If we ever go back to Rome, we will be staying here again! Grazie!

We enjoyed a perfect time in Rome as a family of 4 (2 little kids). The apartment is a few steps from the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps, and close to all major sights. The apartment is in a perfect location. We walked EVERYWHERE! The Spanish steps, the Trevi fountain, Trastevere, Colosseum, and more. The apartment is very clean and well supplied with everything you need. The 2 bathrooms made it a breeze to get ready in the morning. Communication with the Host was great-very quick response time! The property is in pristine condition in a wonderful area, close to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and other sites you don't want to miss. Also, plenty of restaurants to make for a complete Roman experience. The property is so comfortable. When we return to Rome we will stay here again! Thank you.
