As seniors, finding a bed that is comfortable is important. Hotel Borghese was the first quality bed we found. The staff and property are wonderful. The location is ideal. I will not think twice about rebooking here.

This is an excellent hotel that is nestled away behind a beautiful courtyard and large door making it quieter than you would expect being so close to the area around the Spanish Steps. The staff were knowledgeable and so kind. There was a gift for my wife and 7 year old and check out, which was very nice. They were very kind to us as we arrived early and gave us breakfast. Very nice and very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and so was the breakfast room. A fantastic hotel that is well situated.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and it truly exceeded every expectation. The owner himself was an amazing guy—warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. He even took the time to walk us to his favorite restaurant, adding such a personal touch to our experience. The hotel itself is spotless and feels brand new. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making every guest feel at home. The staff were just as wonderful—attentive, friendly, and always eager to help with a smile. And let’s not forget the breakfast—simply amazing! Fresh, delicious, and a perfect start to each day. If I could, I’d give this hotel 10 stars! The personal treatment, the comfort, and the warm atmosphere made it one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Highly, highly recommend!

The hotel staff were delightful. The rooms were well appointed and clean, just like the photos, but better! The hotel breakfast was outstanding. The location was perfect for our vacation activities, and we could easily book an UBER black anywhere in Rome! Only con was upon arrival, there was no one at the entrance to direct us and we had to lug our 50 pound bags up lots of stairs….but no place is perfect🙂

This hotel looks nothing like the photos on hotels.com my sister and i arrived and found a hotel inside a weird courtyard which at night would not feel safe. there was a tiny slow elevator outside which brought you to a desk- no lobby. The rooms were dark, small and felt dirty. Nothing in these photos represent the hotel. We moved to another hotel immediately. Hotels.com will not honor the refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

The hotel was perfectly located. The overall entrance to hotel was disappointing and not impressive. However, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The elevator smelled awful. The breakfast was delicious and all the staff aimed to please and were pleasant.

Small boutique luxe hotel with mostly attentive and helpful staff—always there’s one bad apple that condescends to non-Italian speakers. Otherwise, it’s close to shopping at the Spanish Steps; Osteria and gelato shops are walkable.

I can’t recommend the Borghese Contemporary enough!! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful.. an old beautiful building with completely modern and absolutely spotless clean interiors - the decor is absolutely perfect and the bathrooms are amazing. What made the hotel, however, was all the lovely staff! We engaged with everyone, from the porter waiting for us at arrival, the amazing, friendly and helpful reception staff, the lovely breakfast and bar staff and amazing cleaning staff - all were so so friendly and happy to help with anything at all. They absolutely made our holiday. I can’t speak highly enough of them all! I need to also mention how great the location is - only 5 minutes walk to Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, 10 minutes to the entrance of Vatican City and 15 minutes to the Colleseum. We opted to get a taxi to and from the airport and it cost €40 euros which isn’t bad at all.

We both enjoyed our week stay at the Borghese Contemporary in Rome. Khalid,Luca & Julia at the front desk are professional and so helpful to the customers. The breakfast menu and area was excellent. The woman in charge was fabulous. The food choices were fantastic. The bellman was very helpful. Housekeeping was excellent. Our room was always clean and comfortable and well stocked. The Expresso machine was excellent. The little almond cookies on our nightstand were delicious. My husband remarked about the excellent staff. Merry Christmas to all and have a wonderful New Year. 2024.

The property is located in an area close to all sights, shopping and dining. We really enjoyed our stay, found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and the breakfast served was wonderful. We had reserved a suite and had our daughter stay in the room with us, I just found the room to be very small and would not recommend 3 people in the room.
