The staff were so nice and helpful. The room&bathroom were super clean. Location is great, close to many restaurants, shopping, walkable to many historical landmarks and subway.

the staff are wonderful, on the first day in Rome, i got pickpocketed and the staff were so helpful, they went extra miles to make sure i was safe and contact police station. they informed me that the police found my passport and get me taxi to the police office.

The value for the location is outstanding being only a couple of blocks from the Spanish Steps and 4 blocks from the #7 Hop On Hop Off bus!! They do have a tiny elevator, refrigerator, towel warming rack and comfortable bedding. There are no coffee or tea amenities but there is a cafe open early right on the corner next door. There are 5-6 restaurants next to you or around the corner. Highly recommend this place! Right in the heart of Rome!

Belsiana House was a very nice place for our stay in Rome. The hotel has an elevator for the bags, but it is VERY small. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was an excellent location for our stay with shopping and dining very close by.

The staffing is limited hours 8:00 a.m. to noon everyday. But they were very helpful upon our arrival and they kept in good communication with WhatsApp. The hotel itself is nothing fancy but it's clean and a good value for the price.

Small boutique place to stay. Rooms spacious, quiet in a beautiful part of Rome in Campo Marzio. Not a hotel but perfect location for finding wonderful cafe’s, bars and restaurants steps away but just out of the heavy tourist traffic. Very close to Piazza di Spagna and all things designer if that’s your jam. You do need to let them know if you need services after 12 noon, but they are very amenable. I will definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel was top notch, convenient to shopping and dining. The bed and pillows were not comfortable and all the decor seems dated and worn down. I can hear the neighbors upstairs and the doors frequently slamming between other guest. If you want to be at the heart of the Spanish steps and shopping this was a great location but accommodations were just ok.
