Okay location - a bit close to a major street, but not noisy in room. The shower could use a deep clean, and the shower head was awkward. Staff was lovely and helpful, and service great.

The room was old and shabby, missing handles, shower door didn't close properly. The people who owned it and operated it only spoke very broken English. Breakfast was a cup of tea ( tea bag in the cup) plastic wrapped sponge and a bun. The TV only had Italian stations as they only paid for those and no other language. Would not stay there again and would not recommend it. I had asked for directions from the station and never got them.

Quaint hotel.
This is really a Hostel type room, but it is in s really great location for walking about the city. It was near some great little bistros and stores. The hotel did not have any amenities like patios, gardens ice etc. Nothing but a double room and bath, but was filled with the old world charm of Italy. Only real drawback is you had to take luggage up 40 narrow marble steps. But good exerxise.

Un pò difficile da trovare l'ingresso perché il nome dell'hotel è scritto sul campanello piccolino. Catena Cinese. Letto e cuscino due sottilette. Pulizia buona. Posizione ottima. Favorevole deposito bagagli dopo check out. Reception 24ore. Signore gentilissimo.

Sono giunto a questa struttura solo perchè expedia ha provveduto ad una sostituzione in extremis di altra struttura da me scelta e non più disponibile. Stanza sporca, capelli ritrovati ta le lenzuola "pulite", scarico della doccia otturato, stanza senza finestra, riscaldamento soltanto in alcune ore del giorno decise dal gestore, pareti sottilissime (credo in cartongesso) tanto da poter ascoltare la mia vicina tedesca che cantava in bagno, uniche note "positive" posizione del b&b e reception 24h/24h

Easy walking distance from Termini train station.
Polite staff. Clean room. Air conditioning and wifi working well. Our room looked out onto via Carlo Alberto and it was surprisingly quiet considering busy location. No elevator but staff assisted with heavy luggage.

Great for little budget travellers
It was good. It's not a b&b but the room was big and clean, and close to santa maria maggiore and termini station. Staffs were kind and helpful. Don't expect to much, you will get what you pay for. However it wasn't a bad choice :)
