Beautiful apartment of 90 square meters, situated in an excellent position, in a residential neighborhood, but close to all the tourist attractions and landscapes of Rome. It is only 7 minutes walk from St. Peter's Basilica and 15 minutes walk from the Metro A, while, right in front of the building that houses our structure, we find the SAN PIETRO train station, the taxi rank and the bus 64, which crosses the historic center (Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Campo De 'Fiori, Piazza Venezia, Fori Imperiali) to TERMINI station.

In the neighborhood of the neighborhood we find the splendid Villa Pamphili (one of the countless parks in Rome) and the Gianicolo, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city.
On foot with a pleasant walk you can reach the heart of the city: Castel Sant’Angelo, Trastevere, Piazza Navona, Campo De ’Fiori.

The apartment, equipped with free WI-FI Internet connection, is very quiet and can accommodate up to 6 adults plus a child.
Completely renovated in August 2017 in a modern style, it is located on the 1st floor and is composed as follows:
a large American-style lounge with a fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, electric and microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, french press, moka, crockery and fridge). In the living room there is also a dining table for 6 people.
a large bathroom with large shower cubicle, double sinks, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
There are 3 bedrooms:
the medium-sized Rose room
the large Green room
the very large Blue room ideal for adding a cot / crib.

All rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels with weekly change, and are equipped with air conditioning / heating and TV. The blue room also has a DVD player.

In the neighborhood there are several restaurants, pizzerias and pubs and within a few meters you can find a supermarket open 24 hours!
Possibility of parking in the garage at a reduced rate.

How to reach us:

From Fiumicino Airport: train line FL1 to Trastevere Station, then FL3 dir. Viterbo (one stop) or FL5 dir. Civitavecchia (two stops) to San Pietro Station.
Or take the first train available to the TERMINI station.

From the TERMINI station take the FL5 line train dir. Civitavecchia for 4 stops to the San Pietro station
Or from the TERMINI station take bus n. 64 to the end of the line.

Comfortable & Accessible
Consuela was an excellent host she met us at the apartment and shared all the amenities with us. She always replied if we had any questions regarding Rome and getting around. The location of the apartment is excellent a 5 moniute walk to the Vatican and a 2 minute walk to.the train station to.access the rest of Romes sights.

Roasting in Rome
The apartment was as advertised. Very clean very efficient. The temperature on our visit was oppressive which was nothing to do with the apartment. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Just don’t come in August when the weather is not pleasant.

Wonderful hostess and comfortable apartment convenient to train and bus, 10 min walk to St. Peter’s.
Five of us were very comfortable in this charming apartment walking distance to St. Peters Basilica. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the kitchen came equipped with all we needed to make ourselves at home for a couple days. A few small markets are also a 5 min walk, as are nice local restaurants. The bus to many other popular Rome sites was easy to catch right outside the front door. The responsiveness and graciousness of our hostess was so appreciated! We had no idea what we were doing when we came to Rome and she helped us find the apartment via train from the airport and explained where things were. We had a safe and enjoyable stay!

Great Property in a Great Location
Our family of four (two adults and two teens) had a lovely stay in this clean, spacious property. The home was bright, clean, and had everything we could want to be comfortable. All three of the bedrooms were a nice size, with great air conditioners and comfortable, large beds. The location was amazing, with the train across the street and Vatican City around the corner. There was also a full grocery store just down the street, which was very convenient. Communication with the hosts was great, and they were so welcoming. I would highly recommend this property and gladly stay again!

Great Place to Stay
We enjoyed our stay at Casarosa. Consuelo was very accommodating and fast to respond. The place was immaculate which is very important to me. The hot water was a little difficult - but Consuelo was trying to fix the issue. The bed in the large back room was really hard and the linens were a little over used and coarse. But we overall had a wonderful stay. problem.

Lovely
Much thought was invested in making this property welcoming to guests. The owner was waiting for us, answered all questions, greeted us with sweets, even purchased orange juice. Rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, while the owner made sure our needs were met. We were within walking distance to a grocery store, cafes, restaurants, the bus and train station and the Vatican.

Great Location, Helpful Hostess
The apartment is exactly as described. Worked great for our group of 6 adults. Consuelo was exceptionally helpful with check in and out times, and even provided a map with directions to get to all of the key spots. The location is directly across the street from the train station and bus stop. The Vatican is just a few minutes walk.

Exactly as Advertised
Consuelo is not only an excellent host, but based on my interactions with her she is also an outstanding person! She was very communicative before and during our stay. We arrived a little later than planned, but Consuelo stayed at the property to meet us and deliver the keys. She gave a detailed tour of the property and made sure that we understood how everything worked. Then she spent time with us to give us ideas on what to see and how to get around. Overall, our stay, although short, was everything we hoped for. Whenever we return to Rome, we will make sure to book this property again! Grazi, Consuelo!

Beautiful apartment across the street from the regional train station
This was a beautiful and comfortable apartment. Consuelo was kind and helpful. She allowed us to drop off our suitcases early in the morning so we didn't need to haul them around while we went site seeing. She also provided us with a map and highlighted places for us to see. The location was perfect for coming off a cruise and getting to the airport (the regional train traveled to both the port and the airport). It also had a bus that stopped at the train station and transported us in a few minutes to the tourist areas. The only thing we missed was being close to the metro station.

San Pietro Visit
Overall an excellent stay. Our host was exceptionally communicative through the process. We were coming in from the US so accommodated an early check in. We were delayed and she maintained constant contact and was there waving her arm as we exited the train station (convenient!!) which is just across the street, super convenient. She spent time giving advice about getting around the city and gave a thorough orientation of apartment. Her place has everything we needed - plenty of towels, extra pillows, etc. The only negative was the bedding - mattresses were super firm and the pillows were thin and also very hard, leading to a poor nights sleep and sore neck and back the next day. Everything else was great so not enough to deduct a star but something to consider.

Apartment clean, large and central, perfect for a city break in Rome.
We have just had a wonderful 5 days, 4 nights, staying in Cosuelo’s apartment which was quiet, and had everything we needed, Italian coffee, comfortable beds and space with two teenagers! Perfectly located opposite the station, 10 mins walk to St Peters Basilica. It made for a perfect trip city trip. Consuelo was extremely helpful, welcoming and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommended a city break to Rome staying in Consuelo’s apartment. Thank you for giving us such a lovely time.

Wonderful property close to Vatican
This property was our absolute favourite place to stay during our two weeks in Italy...spacious apartment, super clean, comfortable beds and quiet location. Just a few minutes walk to the Vatican and conveniently located just across from the train/bus station, it was a perfect place to stay for our group of 4 adults. Consuelo could not have been a better host-welcoming, friendly, responsive to all messages, and so helpful it getting us oriented in the area and with Rome in general. A superb property in a great location
We have just spent 4 nights in this excellent property, 10 minutes walk from the Vatican. Consuelo made us feel very welcome and was really helpful, providing a map and pointing out the main places of interest upon our arrival. Communication was excellent and Consuelo kept in touch during our stay and then organised us a taxi to the airport on our last day. The location is superb, a quiet street opposite a bus and train station with a supermarket a couple of minutes away. The apartment was perfect for us (a family of 5) with 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms and was well-equipped for all of our needs. We would definitely return here.

Great and spacious apaetment
This place was amazing. Our hostess greeted us warmly, gave us a map of Rome, advice on buying the Omnia pass and all instructions on how to use stove, a/c and washer (only) machines. There are three bedrooms, the pink one is closest to the bathroom. The one bathroom wasn't a problem for our family of six. Each bedroom had own tv, but limited selection of English channels. No living room, but there was a kitchen table to sit at and eat. Beds were fine, but pillows hard as rocks. The rental is in an area that is next to both bus and train transportation as well as a 10 minute walk downhill to Vatican City. There is also a supermarket 5 minute walk away. There is graffiti everywhere, but this area was safe. Car parking in garage available with reservation of hostess. We would stay here again.

Great place at a great price
The apartment was nice and big, three bedrooms being just the right size for our family. Everything was very clean and each bedroom had air conditioning, which was great as it was about 90 degrees while we were in Rome. Consuelo met us that morning when we arrived and allowed us to store our luggage until the apartment was ready. The train station and bus stop are right across the street and the 24 hour market is about 2 blocks away. We walked easily to St. Peter's Basilica. It was very quiet at night and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Property is very well kept - clean and equipped with all necessary cooking utensils as we enjoy cooking while away. Owner was just amazing - provided us with all important maps and tips what was worth to visit during our stay. Location is great - walking distance to Vatican - station and bus stop right outside the front door and if you enjoy walking you can get to the town centre within 30- 40 min. We recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Rome:)

Comfortable and the perfect location!
We (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed in Consuelo's apartment for 4 nights. It was in a great location! We took the train and/or magic bus 64 from across the street every day. We bought the public transportation passes for buses, trains and metros and it paid for itself in 2 days. The apartment is in great proximity to the Vatican. It is very comfortable and clean. We slept well. We did not spend a lot of time there other than showering and sleeping as we were too busy being tourists. The washing machine and provided detergent was great. Consuelo allowed us to drop off our luggage and use the restroom before check in which was much appreciated. She was friendly and helpful throughout our stay! We would stay again if back in Rome (and we threw our pennies in the Trevi Fountain so hopefully)!

Great Location, Great Host, Great Apartment!
My family of 5 had a great visit to Rome from the United States. We stayed in Consuela's place for 3 nights. We walked the short distance to the Vatican and most all major attractions which were within a few miles. A short taxi drive got us to the area around The Colosseum. The apartment was updated, comfortable and clean. Amenities like soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, an iron, hair drier.... and coffee were all provided! About 2 blocks away was a 24 hour grocery store and directly across the street was the train, bus and taxi stand (we did NOT hear noise from the train). The neighborhood had plenty of options for coffee and breakfast, as well as restaurants and "bars". Consuela let us drop our bags and use the restrooms before check-in time which was a huge help. She spent time going over a local map and making suggestions for our time there. We highly recommend Casa di Rosa!!!
