Rossana was very attentive and the perfect hostess
My day in the US started with the airline cancelling my flight. I was able to rebook, however, I wouldn't arrive until after they were closed. Rossana was fantastic!! She truly saved my day and even arranged for me to be met at the airport with a limousine service. She remained open for me to check-in and even had sweet treats waiting on me. The room was very nice and comfortable. The air conditioning was being worked on and it was only uncomfortable the next morning as the sun rose on that side of the building. There was a breakfast basket waiting for me with fresh yogurt and fruit with coffee. It was only a 10-minute walk to the Termini. Such a charming and safe neighborhood. I can easily see why they have a 10/10 rating! I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hospitality from a very kind manager and her assistant. The property is well located and very comfortable. We had baked treats in our room each day, a lovely surprise. We will most certainly be back!

Very pleasant stay
Rossana who runs this small hotel could not have been more welcoming when we arrived, incidently 2 hours before check in. She is full of ideas about what to do where to go & is uber friendly. The hotel is a little difficult to find & only signed with a brass plaque on an outside wall. The hotel is over 200 years old but the immediate neighbourhood is quite classy & there are several restaurants literally within 50 metres of the hotel. The only downside & I hate to pick fault with anything is the very sparse breakfast choice which consists of a cake, a biscuit, a yoghurt, some plain white bread & sugar frosties. Home made cakes are left in your room each day which was a very nice touch. All in all a very pleasant stay - Thank you Rossana

Great great value
Rossana the host was wonderfully warm and friendly. On check in she gave us so much information and tips ! We wouldn't have been able to see so many sites in the 2 days we had to see Rome if not for her. She also left us cute baked treats in our room everyday. We managed to walk to all the sites colosseum, Spanish step, Trevi fountains and the main shopping street from the hotel without using the metro.

Rosanna was very nice and helpful! She walked us through the details and gave us tips when visiting Rome. We had the bathroom in the room with a little cute balcony!
