The B&B was perfect for our 3 nights trip. Beautiful and clean rooms. Elevator, TV, hot water all available all times. Breakfast was okay, not that much choice. Also they did not change or refill breads/cake/cereal every day. I guess whenever these get over completely they change them. Location was awesome, 5 min walk to Vatican museum. Plenty of restaurants around.
Word of caution, if you are arriving after 8 pm, let them know. Also ask for a phone number to call amd speak in English. We reached post 8 and there was nothing with the name Andrea Dorea on the building. Dialed the extension at the door intercom-system and was told twice "this is not a hotel or b&b". Calling the phone number that was given online didn't help as the automatic message was in Italian. Finally found the owner waiting for us at the door. One we found him, things went very smoothly.
