"Amazing 6 night stay at hotel the building. Couldn’t recommend more, staff were all so welcoming and keen to help. Building was immaculate, breakfast delicious. Location ideal for Termini station, villa bourghese and only a 20min walk into the centre for the coleseum, trevi fountain and shops. Only slight downside was the spa being closed for refurbishment, but it was open on my final day and my massage made the perfect end to a great trip."

"As others have commented, the street noise is quite noticeable. I really would not have minded had we not had to keep our windows open while we slept. The hotel was so HOT! There was no way to control the temp in the rooms - the front desk told us that it is set to a certain temp and cannot be changed during the winter. There was nothing they could do. Upon arrival our shower drain was clogged - the issue was addressed but not for a couple of days. Overall the hotel was comfortable and clean....
